There was clear and honest communication between the client and myself, and I confirmed a 12:00 PM delivery time the morning of the event. I was also informed by my client that the banquet hall opens at 12:00 PM for them, which would be appropriate for delivery. I was not informed that the owner, Ray, was expecting me earlier, and I was completely unaware he was waiting prior to that time. Despite this, I received a VERY hostile and unprofessional phone call from Ray, accusing me of making him wait for hours. When I attempted to calmly explain the miscommunication, he refused to listen and spoke to me extremely disrespectful. Amongst many things said, he gave me an ultimatum, "3:00 PM or don't bother showing up or doing business with the couple at all," and added that he did not care. This was a situation that could have been resolved with basic communication and professionalism. Instead, it escalated unnecessarily, despite the fact that I was not the vendor hired by the venue. After speaking with the couple, they apologized repeatedly and shared that they had also experienced ongoing communication issues and other difficulties with Ray at this banquet hall. I caution other outside vendors to clarify expectations in advance, as professionalism and respectful communication were significantly lacking in this experience.

She was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her and DJ Syd. The photographer, whose name I sadly forget, perfectly captured our memories. The food was amazing (get the chicken piccata). Our guests are still talking about it. Every dish was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was even better than we expected. The staff was attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our day special. Perhaps best of all, is the fact that we weren't nickel and dimed. Their pricing was up front and truly turnkey. The value for our money was amazing. Well come to find out they do not even have a valid liquor license, and the said bartender didn't even show up until after the wedding started. We had to go buy WATER! Our guest didn't even have water! We paid a $500 fee, also in our contract, for assistance with set and break down and received NO help. But the kicker, while we were headed to our wedding, the property manager called us and told us there would be no cannabis consumption or the police would be called. We signed our contract with the event coordinator Deedee Lovato, and she didn't even tell anyone there would be smoking. She's a scam artist! She had her KIDS bartending and didn't even show face the day of the wedding. I bet her kids didn't even have a health card. Thank goodness I hired a great catering company and DJ, and luckily they made our day very special! This place has so much potential! Whoever is in charge- fire Deedee, and get a real event coordinator, you may actually make some money. Edit: I was promised a bridal suite to be able to change my outfit or for people to get ready and and it was completely filled with storage. I didn't even have access to it. I had to scramble to find a 360 photo company and now out of pocket even more money! ALSO no WiFi make a note! 2. In the contract I was suppose to have 2 servers and one bartender, she called my catered for my food and asked her to bartend! She brought one helper. Me and my sister had to serve food, bartend AND clean up the whole night because they couldn't keep up with our party! This place is old, floor is embarrassing, walls look like crap, event planers are all in cahoots. If you have been scammed by Dee Dee call your credit company, reverse charges, your credit card company will fight for you and use square app to detect account where funds where deposited and go after Dee Dee. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I was put on the 2nd floor, 26 steps from the elevator and in a high traffic zone just above the hotel front door. (See photo) When I checked in, there was 1/4 parking spaces full so I know my request could have been accommodated. Let's start with the cons: At 730 pm, an intermittent booming sound that accompanied a strong, hard vibration in the room started. It lasted till about 11 pm and started again at 445 am. I thought I was above the gym and someone was dropping weights. I contacted the front desk about it and all he could say was it was likely other guests starting their day. That answer didn't make sense being that this room was located above the staff room behind the front desk and it keeps coming from the same spot in the room so no, it's not guests starting their day. I don't care what's causing it, that sound/vibration not ok! I called from the room phone and he had to ask what room I was in. There is a sign on the table lamp nightstand to use plugs on bed frame. The plug for the outlet on the bed-frame wasn't even plugged in. Motorcycles were allowed to park on either side of the lobby door. That was also loud. There is only 1 elevator so you wait awhile for it to come and even longer if the cleaners are going to each floor with linens/cleaning carts. The banging and room vibrating is my highest complaint here. Most of these hotel put in cheap Kleenex but these were the worst of all. They were easily compared to sandpaper. For the price I paid, my high status with H.I. as well as a simple request of a room that was then loud with the hard vibration was inexcusable. Obviously this was a quick, cheap build with no soundproofing built in. Pros: comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and near immediate hot water, clean room, decent breakfast with various options. Staff was nice. Air conditioning very good. There are lots of other hotel options around so i would choose a different one if i came back to this area. My rate for a roof over my head at a high price 1 out of 5. Having to add insult to injury. Went out to pack my car and the lawn guy blowing dust all over my newly washed car then hotel key didn't work and staff had to let me in even after getting a brand new key. Very irritating hotel!

Puts me on the top floor upon my request. A/C in the room isn't working and TV won't show cable channels. Not a big deal because I had just got a text asking me how my check in was. I reply with "A/C needs to be looked at tomorrow and cable tv not working, please fix while I'm out of my room." Day 2- Early morning text asking how's my stay is? I reply "good so far, please don't forget about A/C and cable tv not working." They ensure me it will be looked at. When I get home from work, A/C and cable TV still not working. I call front desk and ask them IF it was even looked at...the reply with "we have no record of any issues." Eventually Maintnenace shows up and gets both issues take care of. That evening when I come back to the front entrance, the young lady working the front desk when I left for dinner is out front with 2 of her friends...they are smoking weed (not illegal here, just a bad image for the hotel). Day 3- I've returned to my room and realized, that my trash can is still full from my first night? No house keeping has been performed. I ended up taking out my own trash, I'm not above that but didn't sign anything saying "no house keeping." Day 4- return home from work. Still no house keeping and I don't think the A/C is working again. I am checking out tomorrow. For what my company is paying for my room, they are getting ripped off. There is also construction going on at the hotel so half of the entrance is tore up and I don't think the elevator has been cleaned since I've checked in. I wouldn't stay here again. Not an area I would stay at with my family...

The rooms are on the smaller side but ergonomically laid out to give you the feel of more space. The room has some modern conveniences but still has that older feel. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the wifi signal was great, and if you are a gold or higher BonVoy Member, you can get the enhanced wifi free. The bathrooms have the toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which is on the outside of the bathroom. There is no ventilation, aside from a hole in the wall, which is indicative of an older hotel. If you have one of these rooms, you will have to leave the bathroom door open after you shower. The Channel selection on the TV is okay, and you stream from a few of the major streaming services if you wish. The hotel lobby has plenty of space for gatherings and individuals. The Ground floor also has a Bistro serving breakfast, coffees and, dinner items and drinks. The Gym is on the smaller side but has enough equipment for a good workout. I had no issues as I was the only person using the fitness center at the time of my workout, and plenty of space. Overall, a good short-stay hotel in an area with many restaurants within walking distance, and an assortment of strip malls and other places to shop.

We tried various machines where every time we would get the item and the claw would be moving halfway towards the drop off section. The claw would open up on its own, even though the item was secure in the claw while moving the first couple seconds. The mail working the register told me his manager calibrates the claw machines in a way that you have to keep spending on it until you can have a payout. He said there's nothing he can do about it and that's how claw machines work. I feel like that's a poor excuse if you spend about $50 for young kids to try to get a prize. Other claw machines around town do not drop your item that many times and force you to keep spending over and over again. I think this will be our last time here.

Our experience is a 5 star and this is a hidden gem we will definitely repeat.
