Yelp Review 2025 #221: I have friends who got married at Rainbow Gardens. I was not expecting it to be grand/ fancy knowing the surrounding area of this venue. But it did the job. They have parking close to the ballrooms and additional parking in the back lot. They have signs as to whose wedding is in each ballroom - you just have to read. I have a friend attending the same wedding who ended up at the wrong wedding. LOL. There could be 2-3 weddings at the same time. The wedding ceremony was outdoors with the sound of waterfalls, trees and leaves rustling, the DJ playing some appropriate music. And as the sun sets, lights illuminate the scene making an ever more dramatic setting. We went to the ballroom for cocktail hour/ reception. The food was ok but could be better. I got married on 4/4/25 and it was the best day ever! We rented out the whole venue and not one thing went wrong, thanks to our coordinator Kassidy, and we truly felt like the guests of honor even with over 100 people attending. We live in California so having a destination wedding made me a little nervous, but they really take care of you. We had so many questions leading up to the big day, and probably spoke to most of the coordinators at one point, and each one is super friendly and informative. Everything from the officiant, the food, the DJ, the photographer, the bartenders, the cake, Kassidy, and the venue itself, just made our day perfect. They even let us bring in our own alcohol since we have a lot of craft beer drinkers in our family, and drop it off when we got into town a couple days before the wedding day. Here are some extra things we did for our day that they were able to accommodate: 1) pre-ceremony bartender to serve up beer and champagne to guests before they take their seats. 2) additional desserts like tarts, cheesecakes, and donuts for a nice dessert table. 3) glow sticks and glasses for the dance floor and at the end of the night for our send off. 4) we hired Stacey Stardust to do magic tricks for our guests during cocktail hour in the formal room which was a huge hit. 5) limo to drive me and my now husband to our hotel after the send off and party buses to pick up the guests at the venue to the hotel. We stayed at Golden Nugget on Fremont which I highly recommend so you can party with your guests after the reception and is great for pictures! It was truly the perfect day. We had our wedding at Rainbow Gardens on October 24, 2025, and I truly cannot recommend this venue enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and beyond beautiful. One of the biggest highlights was Kassi, our amazing wedding coordinator. The all-inclusive nature of Rainbow Gardens already makes wedding planning so much easier, but Kassi took it to another level. We must have asked her 10,000 questions throughout the planning process, and she was always so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help every single time. On the actual wedding day, she absolutely nailed it. Everything ran perfectly--on time, organized, and smooth from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew Kassi had it all handled. She truly was a huge reason our day went so perfectly. If you're looking for a venue that makes wedding planning easy, beautiful, and fun, Rainbow Gardens (and especially Kassi!) is the way to go. I recently attended a baby shower at Rainbow Gardens, and it was the most thoughtful and elaborate baby shower I've ever been to. Our event coordinator was Lexus and to say the very least, our day was true and utter PERFECTION. It's taken me soooo long to sit down and write this review! But this place absolutely deserves all of the good reviews in the world! From the very beginning when my then husband-to-be and I walked into Rainbow Gardens and met with Alberto, we knew that that was going to be the place for us. We were getting married on Halloween, and the gorgeous outdoor ceremony spot was beautiful yet versatile enough to match our theme with ease! And Alberto himself was an absolute DREAM to work with! He listened to all of my crazy ideas and never rolled his eyes or scoffed once! At least not to my face, that is! I'm sure I definitely had some strange ideas that were totally eye roll worthy! Not only did we adore the venue itself and Alberto, but the food was excellent as well from what we got to have. A bride and groom typically don't get to eat too much on the day of their wedding, and we were no exception. But what we did have was great! Our DJ was good at keeping the reception on track and played all of the songs we wanted to play. A heads up for future couples though, the DJ company won't usually meet with people or call to touch base until the week of your wedding. It all turned out well in the end, but if you're a nervous bride/groom who prefers more communication, the venue won't fault you for going with a different option! We just got married October 7, 2023 and let me tell you... we 10000% picked the right venue! The staff was professional and so smart and helpful. Throughout our 2 year planning process I am fairly certain I worked with all of the coordinators at some point and they were all amazing. I am eternally grateful for Lexus who was our day of coordinator. She was so cool, calm, and amazing and she worked so hard! All of our wedding party was mesmerized by how hard she worked to make our day beautiful. At one point my wedding dress bustle was not cooperating so Lexus worked hard to figure out what was wrong and she fixed it! I checked out a bunch of different venues and Rainbow Gardens is one of the few that charges for things fairly. They have many extra signs and decor to help fill the space and the wedding venue can provide your minister, photographer, cake, day of coordinator, DJ, and so much more! We were able to get to the space at 10am so the girls and I could start getting ready. Not every venue allows you to get there that early so I was able to supervise how things were looking and make decisions day of. This made it so much less stressful! They did all the decor we didn't have to do a thing. The team didn't need supervising though: Lexus had everything under control. The food was great, and everyone kept talking about how this was the most beautiful Vegas wedding they had been to. You will not make a mistake choosing Rainbow Gardens. My husband and I got married here a little over 13 years ago! We never got a chance to any of our wedding cake due to visiting with all in attendance. We had a trip to Las Vegas for a work trip last week and he surprised me by getting in contact with Rainbow Gardens for a replica of the top tier of our cake to be made. Rainbow Gardens is still owned by the FABULOUS family that owned it at the time of our wedding. They still use the same bakery and even the same chef as they used years ago. The garden room is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night. Our guests all were shocked and amazed at how beautiful it was. Lexus was our coordinator and she was incredible. She has an amazing personality and was totally relatable and understanding. She paid attention to all of our needs and we didn't need to ask for things more than once. We had our wedding here Rainbow Gardens on May 4th, 2024, and it was a wonderful experience! It was a Lord of the Rings and Star Wars inspired wedding. Megan, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and refreshing. We chose Greek salad, citrus chicken (sliced as requested), mushroom sausage caps, and sautéed zucchini. Our guests loved it! Although we had an issue with a rude bartender, Megan quickly got us another one and resolved the complaints. We wish we had prepared more for the DJ worksheet, as some songs from our "do not play" list were still played. The venue was beautiful, and our light saber duel entrance went viral! My husband and I got married at Rainbow Gardens about a month ago. Now that we have had time to decompress and really think things over, we are so happy for going with Rainbow Gardens. We live in California, so we were planning our wedding from another state which can be very difficult. However, Rainbow Gardens made the process very easy from the video meetings to the multiple phone calls. We have nothing but great things to say about Alberto and his team. The day before the wedding, we had our rehearsal with Alberto and it was also the first time we saw the venue in person. First impressions, Alberto was super friendly and personable and the venue was absolutely beautiful (we were in the Garden Room). Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more. We went with the DJ and the officiant through Rainbow Gardens and both were very communicative and friendly. I received a lot of compliments from my guests saying the food tasted great paired with the open bar. Alberto and his team really took our vision for our wedding and brought it to life. The only thing I wish I could have changed was I wish we could have rented out the venue for longer. Wedding Venue Review - Rainbow Gardens (Garden Room) My wife and I recently got married at Rainbow Gardens in Las Vegas. It was a destination wedding with about 100 guests, and we booked the venue roughly a year in advance. While the day itself turned out beautifully and we had a great time overall, there were several frustrating aspects of the planning and execution that future couples should be aware of. Pros: * Stunning Venue: We chose the Garden Room, which was absolutely beautiful and fit our group perfectly. The temperature-controlled space was a huge plus on a hot Las Vegas day. * Delicious Food: The catering was excellent. We served prime rib, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli with cheese sauce, and penne pasta with vodka sauce and chicken. Guests raved about the food and we received many compliments. Cons: * Inconsistent Communication: Throughout the planning process, we interacted with multiple coordinators who often gave conflicting information. For example, we were told we couldn't bring our own table runners, then later told we could. Our final meeting was the first time we met our actual day-of coordinator. * Disorganized Invoicing: Invoices were handwritten and frequently revised as decisions were made, resulting in multiple versions. This felt informal and made it difficult to track costs accurately. * Surprise Fees: * We selected custom napkins early on and paid $1.10 per napkin. However, after our final payment, we were informed of an approximate $200 delivery fee that had never been mentioned before. * We planned to use our own centerpieces, but were later charged a $250 storage fee for the venue's unused lantern centerpieces--again, not disclosed in prior communications. * Bar Service Issues: We dropped off beer and seltzers the day before, but they weren't chilled in time for the reception. Additionally, several guests reported that the female bartender was unfriendly, rolled her eyes, and acted as though she didn't want to be there. * Unclear Setup Expectations: It wasn't made clear until shortly before the wedding that we were responsible for setting up our own decorations. I went here to attend my friend's wedding last week and I noticed the staff had decorated the place very nicely. Anyways, the main thing I want to talk about here is the staff here is VERY NICE and are very quick at setting up the venue! Basically, I lost my bracelet somehow during the wedding, and within about 12 hours later (the next day), I contacted them again and they let me come in and try to find it with them as they were cleaning up for their next event. Once I came back in the next day, I noticed the staff had already completely redecorated the whole place and were already giving a tour to their next group of clients who might want to book the venue. The newer decorations were only a different color theme, but everything was place in the same area. One of the staff ended up finding my bracelet! He told me no one ever contacts them that quickly about lost items, which is why they weren't sure if they found it on the night it happened because they were still in the process of cleaning. Anyways, about this venue, the main dining area with the dance floor is a nice room. It felt like an indoor/outdoor room at the same time since they had outdoor air ventilation if you looked up at the ceiling. It helped prevent the room from getting too stuffy, which is something that tends to happen in a room full of ~36 people dancing. This venue has their wedding ceremony take place outside at their gardens, where the waterfall is at. All of this helped me and a few other guests feel safer attending a wedding during this time. They were very nice and considerate of my feelings and what I was going through even though I was just a guest from a wedding the night before there. It's important to make both their clients and the guests who attended happy. Best. Night. Ever. Me and my husband booked this venue based on reviews and pictures online and I am so happy we did. When i finally got to see the venue i was blown away with how pretty it looked. The outside ceremony was amazing with the waterfalls and the formal room was so nice inside. Our wedding coordinator was Kassidy and I personally picked her because I just knew she was the best person for this job and I was right. She was so amazing and helpful. Gave so much insight and advice through out this year of planning this wedding and was just best!! I can't thank you enough for everything Kassidy! Our photographer Crystal was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job trying to take as many photos and i heard she even got pictures of my daughter who has a hard time taking pictures because she is severely autistic and I am forever thankful.
