I'm truly disappointed with this facility. I hate that I need this type of care but it's worse when you can't trust the staff with charge over your care. Verify that what is billed to your insurance is what they did at your appointment. Do not take what their customer service team tells you as truth, you'll get a different story from each person you speak to. Stay on top of them if you decide to go to them. Know there may be times you're left to suffer until someone has the time to correct their error. Communication is a fail, I've expressed it to them before. Information you should know about your test results, changes to your medical procedures they don't share with you until you're already there and you're left to make a last minute decision on something they could've advised you about much earlier. I understood that sharing information sooner could have caused me to cancel and left an unfilled booking for that day, it appears that was priority. It's sad, I'm missing the care portion of patient care here. Management, I hope you're listening. We're not cash cows and members of your staff need retraining. What your office does is needed but patients shouldn't have to suffer and take any type of treatment because they need help. Some of us are veterans who need this treatment because of sacrifices made, ask them to remember that when they come to work. Not everyone is a pill seeker, remember you dictate the plan of care. Ensure the staff you hire is competent and care enough to do the tedious work sometimes required to follow it through. I wish zero stars was an option. I received horrible care. I was rarely seen by my doctor instead I was seen by a PA with just a few exceptions. Dr. Shah didn't waste his time working to provide me with patient care, It appeared to me that he was only focused on doing procedures which is where the real money is, with no regard as to how I was after the procedure. I had an MRI on my neck and lumbar area and Dr. Shah didn't even bother going over my results (even though I asked him twice to go over them with me). Prescription refills that were called in were either the wrong dose or called into the wrong pharmacy. I was twice left with out any pain medications at all, the last time for a week. On my last 2 visits I was seen by a PA who I felt was condescending, dismissive and retaliatory. This particular PA (Rachel) treated me as a drug addict instead of a patient. I have never in all my 60 years had any issues with any kind of substance abuse issues and I have multiple severe medical problems. When I asked to see the office manager she came in with a man from the procedure center (who was dressed like a maintenance man. He had on a grungy/dirty T-shirt and dirty jeans, and if I'm right about his position Alliance Pain & Spine violated HIPPA by discussing my medical details with a non medical person who certainly had nothing to do with my care. When I explained to the manager (Mellissa) what had happened she dismissed me as a patient. She actually had the dismissal letter ready to hand to me when she came in without even hearing what I had to say. It was at her discretion whether or not to dismiss me. I believe that I was really released because I complained. My doctor, Dr. Shah, his PA (Rachel) and office manger (Melissa left me with no pain medication with no care about the withdrawal symptoms I will now have to suffer through. I think everyone at this practice forgot to read the part of the Hippocratic oath that says "First Do No Harm". My advice would be stay away from Alliance Pain and Spine. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Stewart for at least 20 years. He has always shown me the utmost respect and care. If I could have made him my primary physician years ago, I would have. For those of you who complain and have never worked in a physicians' office, I have. Nothing is perfect in any given situation. Sure there are some very sorry physicians and office help but Dr. Stewart is NOT one of them. If you have a complaint with the staff then take it to the office manager or your physician instead of airing it on the internet. Nothing will get done about a problem just airing it on the internet. If any of you can find a perfect physician and office help, then please let the rest of us know who and where this office is located, I would like to meet these perfect people. Yes, I agree there need to be patience with those of us who are suffering but we are not going to get that in any physicians office. I believe they try but there's too many sick people out there for them to have patience all day long, every day. I have been on both sides of the fence. If you complainers haven't been where I have then you have no clue what can go on when you work with the public, especially sick people. Have patience people. Talk to your doctors. I have been going to this place for sometime now and can tell you as a person who deals with very significant back issues every single day , when I first went and saw Dr Stewart I thought he was very warm and caring. However, as time has gone on I have run into nothing but issues with the office staff . From rudeness and unprofessionalism that is off the charts , to having to reach out to their billing office from a bill I got in the mail because they weren't asking me for my co-pays when I would go in and then they would bill me for a bunch of them all at one time , I can say that I regret wasting as much time as I have with them and am actively looking for another doctor to go to. They have a recording on their phone that says right from the outset that the status quo of pain management just isn't good enough . Well their way of managing pain is not good enough either . I would say to anyone who's looking for a really good office to go to where you'll find caring and compassionate and most importantly professional people, to avoid this office like the plague! read more

We will not talk to you unless you do an office visit we will not communicate by phone ....this is what I got on messages from Dr Stewarts team after seeing ortho Dr for herniated disc and dislodged some( I only found that out per Dr notes at alliance) was never told this I was told pinched nerve ,but details of disc problem not explained properly I had epidural and told I'd be better in 3-6 days after 10 I am still in terrible pain foot numb irrretractable pain they had on chart I was depressed PT yes my daughter tried suicide 3 times gone 12 yrs ago then opiate user because I have migraines for 30 years from broken jaw the first thing on chart should be herniated disc I found that at bottom of notes I went for sudden sciatica walking every day prior 3 miles now sudden screaming pain and my problem is at bottom is at bottom of notes I needed pain med until I see ortho to fix problem I got lyrica that takes about 4 weeks to work I can't walk asked to get pain med and they said they said I must come to office$$$$ but I asked would I get pain med. I got message at top I got a helpers call that said they would refer mental health because I said I felt like cutting my leg off omg really? No humor. When I get migraines I want my head off no one has said SELF HARM feel like no concern about my pain very disappointed epidural cost me 325$ up front I certainly can't afford any more and lyrics is for certain nerve pain I'm a nurse of 47 yrs I never let a patient hurt wherever I worked very disappointed in this care ..as I lay here hurting read more
