THEN they informed me I'd get charged $53 dollars again on the 15th So $126 dollars for the first month there -I called to talk to the manager, the guy on the phone said she's currently busy , and when I told him my issue he lied and said the manager wasn't there instead after he had admitted she was there So you'll be spending over $100 for the first month you attend there Not worth it. A lot of there stuff is old. I'm not gonna pay 100$ to get lied to on the phone because people don't want to do there job. Also my workout was cut short today because the hours on Apple Maps are incorrect for this place.

When I first went in, the infant room was filthy and smelled awful. I understand that this is a daycare and that children are sharing germs but every single baby had snot running down their faces. The two aids were both on their phones but I was told this is because they log every feeding, diaper change, and nap time in an app for the parents. There was a baby, maybe 4 months old, in nothing but a onesie and when she rolled over to me, I was able to feel her legs were ice cold. There was a one year old crawling on top of the younger babies without being stopped. I was asking my questions about the facility and they were asking me questions about my son. At which point, I was called a "bad mom" because my son takes naps in my arms and still has to be rocked to sleep. He is 2 months old! Most doctors don't recommend sleep training until at least 4 months old. At this point they informed me that they do not hold the babies for feedings, comfort, or getting them down for naps. They said it was to encourage independence in the children but I don't understand. Babies are hardwired to seek comfort in the arms of others. And plenty of studies are in favor of holding babies. I asked what my child would do when he was not napping and they said that he would lay on the mat beside one of the aids. No wonder so many babies are developing flat spots on their heads and being forced to wear helmets. I will not take my son here, and from what I witnessed and was told about their facility, I have nothing positive to say about this daycare.

For the other person to post a negative response with out having her children attending is simple they have outlandish ideas of how to raise there children.

So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

There were a lot of concerns for safety in my opinion…read more The floor transitions are not secured to the floor correctly and stick up and will snag your sock. Not safe for crawling babies. There is a room with a slide that the kids can go down and they kept sliding into the door frame since there is not adequate space in front of the slide. We used some of the padding and held it in front of the door frame so our kids wouldn't get hurt. There is also a shelving unit in the lobby that is not secured to the wall which fell on top of a 2 year old. The owner was there and was more worried about the bags of chips that were on the ground and blamed the child for climbing on something that should have been secured to the wall. She never apologized or asked if the child was okay. She didn't remove the shelving unit from the lobby so another child wouldn't get hurt. Please DO NOT go to this place unless she makes it safe for your little ones. There is no way this place passed any sort of inspection.
