I have several foundation company give me a quotation on my rental house. All of them are reputable companies with good reviews. Allied price came out the most reasonable. I was skeptical at first especially some reviews mentioned they didn't clean up. Anyway, I decided to give them a try. The team lead by Jaime and David came last week as scheduled. It happened that the tenant has a garage full of stuff. I was worry when they go through the garage with the wheelbarrel and may damage some items. But the team was very careful, nothing broken and they have cleaned up everything. They have to take out some bushes as they need to dig some holes along the flowerbed side. David told me they will be careful with the root so they can replant it afterwards. He even ask the team to raise up my flowerbed with the extra dirt that left. Everyone is polite and courteous. They answered all my questions. After they finished, Jaime show me with a level that the house has been leveled and the doors can closed properly again. I hope the foundation is permanently fixed. I came back to check on it the next day and found that someone accidentally stepped on the wet concrete and created a big dent. This was in the porch area by the front door. I spoke to Jacob, the manager, and he promised to send someone to redo the concrete cement for me. I really really appreciate that. Allied foundation is great. Follow up service is important. Everything was way above our expectations. We called Allied for a quote for leveling our foundation. AJ arrived as promised to give us an estimate. He was very courteous and respectful of our home, and walked us through the entire process explaining each step. One thing we really liked was they only bid on the work that actually needed to be done. Very thorough and honest. Marisa and her crew arrived on dig-day and hit the ground running. They came ready to work, dug holes for the 21 piers including some through our back patio slab and driveway, leveled the foundation taking great care to check the leveling progress while they drove in the piers. They backfilled each hole, repaired the concrete and cleaned up everything as if they were never there... all in one day. The crew was very nice and all seemed dedicated to doing a good job. We had a great experience using Allied Foundation Repair. We met with one of their staff the same day I called them and they delivered a quote with minimal turnaround time. There were able to start the work right away based on my schedule of availability. They called to confirm the appointment and I got a window of time when the crew was supposed to show up. They were very prompt in showing up on time. We walked the house with the foreman who was very pleasant and he gave us the opportunity to ask questions. We hung around for about 15 minutes and they already had 3' of dirt dug out of many of the holes. We visited the job site to see the work as it was in process and the foreman took us around again to show us all that was being done...even in the tunnels under the house where we couldn't see the details. The job only took 4 days to complete about 50 piers and a full re-plumb of our waste lines. The crew cleaned up the job site when they were through. No trash was left behind and they put the place back to how they found it. Inside, they cleaned up the rooms where they had to breach the concrete as well. We got final pictures of the re-plumb at the end of the job. We are pleased with their work and the fact that they have a transferable warranty. We would recommend their company. read more

Had a great experience with Allied Foundation (www.crackedslab.com). I had a very noticeable crack in my sheetrock (2-3 inches), separation of an outside window frame, and small cracks in several places. I contacted one of the local firms that is heavily advertised on 740/790 AM. Their estimate took my breath away. Then, a business associate referred me to Allied Foundation. He had a friend in the swimming pool business who recommended them. I talked with Clay at Allied, he came to my home the next day, at the time he specified, his estimate was over 50% less than the other company. Their work carried a transferable warranty and he could start the next day. The crew of 9, plus a supervisor showed up on time as specified, they did the work specified and finished on time. Replace all of the plants and mulch they had to move, poured cement where necessary and cleaned up my sidewalk. Clay made two trips by our location to check on the crew. I've had my foundation leveled by Allied twice. In 2009, before putting on a new roof following Hurricane Ike, it was determined that I needed piers on the back of the house. Had that work done. Several years later I had them come back because new signs of settling had appeared.They adjusted some piers at no charge and recommended that I needed piers in the front. I had them come out in the fall of 2017 following Hurricane Harvey to do the piers in the front prior to repairing my home from the flood. Each time they have been out they were prompt in keeping their appointments, did their best to work within my budget, were prompt and efficient on the day that work was done, and cleaned up the area. They even came back out to fix a concrete patch in the driveway from the first leveling job that had cracked and sunk. Now that I have piers all the way around my home, all done by Allied. The men just started and finished in one day -06/05/2014 and I have to say that I am very impressed with your/Allied's supervisor and all of your workers. They were all very polite, professional, and efficient. The Supervisor answered all of my questions and concerns and even called out the plumber, Armando, when he thought there might have been a leak in my plumbing. We had them out to bid leveling our home last week and they were the lowest price by far. But that in itself isn't the reason we choose them. The other two company's both were talking about taking down our fence and the amount of damage they could do to the grass. Allied said they didn't need to do either of those things so we hired them. They showed up yesterday at nine a.m. and installed 30 piers, leveled the house, cleaned up beautifully and even repaired damage to our home that was not part of the deal, saving me about $1000. I cannot say enough about this company. The cracks inside our home are either gone or smaller. They left the property in better shape than they found it by filling in holes in the yard with the extra dirt they had left over. My recommendation is hire them. Do it now, don't hesitate. The gentlemen that gave me the quote (Max) very professional and was on time. The reason we chose Allied was because of the low price and due to everyone in my neighborhood has been hiring Allied. The guys showed up on time and started working until noon non stop. I bought pizza for them and they were very grateful. All the cracks inside and outside are gone the doors close now. 2 weeks after the foundation work i noticed one of my sprinkler pipes was broken like someone hit it with a shovel. I called Allied and they sent someone within 3 hours and fixed the problem. The gentlemen mentioned it could of been of the workers accidentally hit the pipe but it was fixed now. I had a very enjoyable experience with the work done by Allied Foundation. They were extremely courteous, professional, and fast! They started the work on Thursday and completed the job the next day, on Friday. I am so glad we contacted them. My doors don't stick anymore, my floors are level, and I couldn't be happier. Even though they had to dig up our flower beds and dig through concrete in the garage and outside to get under the house, you would never know it when they left. I had what seemed to my untrained eye as a possible foundation issue. Not only did Jacob make himself available to me same day he inspected a few small issues outside the one major concern. He gave me his very honest opinion on all the issues at hand and put my mind at ease. The issues were not as bad as they seemed. When they first came out, they thought it would only take 11 piers but when they were out, they were concerned that the floor tile (installed new in 2016) would buckle, and also since their original estimate, the house had further settling. They came back (on Memorial Day) and installed 20 more piers to stabilize the house. (this was in addition to 11 piers that had been placed in the early 2000's. Price wise they beat everyone else (I had about 4 recommendations.) They were very professional, and the workers worked very hard when digging, and replaced everything they could (with our clay I didn't complain that I needed to redo my flowerbeds, I'm happy they were able to save most of my plants. Our house needed some major foundation work. We called Allied an inspection and estimate were quickly scheduled for the next day. We had a wonderful visit with Melanie and she explained the process and answered questions as she inspected our house. The repair work was also scheduled quickly. The crew that worked on the house arrived promptly and began the work. A day and a half later the work was complete, shrubs were replaced and the yard was cleaned up. I could not be happier with the entire business dealing with Allied Foundation from the knowledgable and kind salesperson, to the site manager that was here all day checking in and measuring throughout the day to the poor guys that did all of the heavy lifting work. To add to that the final price was lower than the "fly-by-night guys that I had found through another home improvement opinion site. They were on-site exactly when they said they would be and have followed up with both contract/warranty discussions but also to see how happy we were about the work. A neighbor across the street from me recommended Allied to me. I called and quickly got an thorough inspection and estimate. I had 33 piers installed and all separations in the interior Sheetrock and the exterior brick walls were brought back to their original positions, so that a person couldn't even notice there was a problem. Allied did an amazing job with our house in friendswood. As soon as we gathered all our quotes and picked allied, they were available to start the next day. Many other companies were weeks out and either over the top expensive(a certain one promoted by a hall of fame pitcher...) or did not sound confident in their abilities or warranty. Allied showed up and completed all the work in two days. Including digging three tunnels. They cleaned up, saved the yard with plywood, and were very friendly.
