French Drain put together with Duct Tape.
    Jason H.

Allied has always been my go to company for Foundation repair. But our last encounter was absolutely horrible. I am a local Realtor in the Houston Metro area and have been recommending this company to many customers and friends, so the fact this experience was sub par is tough. My Personal Experience: Good: - There are some great people who work for Allied, Jacob (who is part of the family that owns and runs Allied) and Mr. Martinez (who has worked for allied for over 14yrs). These 2 gentleman where great to work with! - Allied is very quick on estimates and starting the work - No other company compares to Allied's great pricing - The foundation repair process is quick, usually only 2 days (depending on how fast the city inspector gets out) start to finish Bad: - They had to cut out my sprinkler system in order to dig the holes or the foundation pillers, repaired it with duct tape, it fell apart obviously. - They but apart my French Drain to install foundation pillars, put the drain back together with duct tape, it fell apart obviously. - They filled in the holes before the inspector could inspect the work, actually have no idea how this worked out. - Kill 2 of my bushes in the front yard, thought digging them up and leaving out of the ground for 2 days and "replanting" then would keep them alive....? - Did not replace the grass they dug up on the side of my yard, so instead left a sweet mud slide - Did a horrible job filling in the cracks between the bricks...I mean holy crap a horrible job. I will add pictures to this don't have pictures of the dead bushes, will add those later. Update: They did bring a sprinkler guy out to fix the sprinkler head, and they did dig up the French Drain and fixed that.

I was involved with a couple projects done by these guys. Always fair, on point and jobs well done. Usually the cost was half of other major well established foundation repair companies in the Houston area. As a Texas inspector and real estate agent, I keep Allied top of mind.

I am a real estate broker who has had the opportunity to work with Allied in the past. I have referred clients to them when a foundation repair was needed to sell a home. My clients have all been happy with the work. Last week I needed them to do a pier and beam repair on one of my rent houses. Not only did they get the house level again, the replaced a couple of beams under the house. The crew arrived in the morning, and by sunset I had a "fixed house". I will use the warranty as a selling feature when I list the home in a couple of week. UPDATE (Aug 16, 2019) I got to see Allied at work again on another project. Just like before they stood behind their work. They kept tweaking the house until it was perfect. I have never seen so many hard workers UNDER a house at one time! It was like a military operation, and at the end of the day there was a level house.

Not for one minute, did I feel Jacob was there to "make things up" to make money as some companies would.

I'm really glad I heard about this company from friends and family in the area. Generocity…read moreFoundation in Friendswood got me scheduled fast and at a time that worked with my schedule. The inspector, JT, was friendly and clear spoken and took his time going through everything. He used some kind of high-tech equipment to measure our floors and figure out how much our slab was off, then walked us through all his findings in plain English. Turns out we didn't need any major foundation work right now (which was a huge relief!), but JT still gave us some great tips on how to prevent future issues. I really appreciated how honest he was -- no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward advice. It's nice to know there are still honest foundation companies out there that care more about helping people than just making a quick buck. Foundation work is not cheap, but will save your house from further damage if needed. Big thanks to JT and Generocity Foundation!

Gave a hour and a 10 min notification of arrival. He walked the exterior and interior of the house. He pointed out possible concerns. Eventually brought in a machine and took multiple measurement throughout the house. He explained what was considered acceptable. He gave me recommendations on how to help my foundation, and what to look out for. He was very relaxed and informative. He wasn't pushy or trying to push me into getting foundation work done. It was a very positive experience.
