I usually go to walk my dog and lay by the water & in the sun. A very calm solace. Of the bids I received, Steve's was the most reasonable by far. So much so that I was hesitant to call him based on his bid, but I am so glad I did! They did a fantastic job. My decks and stairs look beautiful and everything feels so much sturdier. Steve kept me in loop everyday and didn't hesitate to reach out if he had any questions. He was always very responsive any time I reached out to him as well. His crew was friendly and respectful of our property. They were here everyday, working hard, until the job was done. Courtyard Park Apartments does a great job of pretending to be a functional, safe, livable…read moreapartment complex. But don't judge a book by its cover! This complex doesn't have an on-site laundry room, no gazebo, no community center, no picnic areas. We also frequently do not have hot or running water, and the management company never seems to be aware of the conditions. In fact, when I moved in, there was no water for over 11 days, and the management company refused to give any of the tenants a rent discount. Work and maintenance orders take weeks to fix, if they ever get fixed at all, and you often have to threaten legal action with the management company to make sure anything gets done. When I viewed the apartment prior to signing the lease, none of these issues were apparent; they made everything seem out to be completely normal, and so I moved in and there were half a dozen issues every day that just kept piling up instead of getting fixed. Please, if you're considering this as a place to live, look elsewhere and save yourself hours and days of frustration and stress.
