He used some kind of high-tech equipment to measure our floors and figure out how much our slab was off, then walked us through all his findings in plain English. Turns out we didn't need any major foundation work right now (which was a huge relief!), but JT still gave us some great tips on how to prevent future issues. I really appreciated how honest he was -- no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward advice. It's nice to know there are still honest foundation companies out there that care more about helping people than just making a quick buck. JT came out with in the scheduled time. Gave a hour and a 10 min notification of arrival[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He walked the exterior and interior of the house. He pointed out possible concerns. Eventually brought in a machine and took multiple measurement throughout the house. He explained what was considered acceptable. He gave me recommendations on how to help my foundation, and what to look out for. He was very relaxed and informative. He wasn't pushy or trying to push me into getting foundation work done. His report was detailed in showing that there were no issues with the foundation and gave recommendations on maintaining it. JT contacted me well before my appointment to ensure his arrival worked with my schedule, he inspected the multiple problem areas identified by an inspector, and was able to recommend straight forward and timely minor repair that i can do myself. He also went out of his way to assist in troubleshooting a water intrusion issue I was having in my crawl space. JT inspected my home this morning, and I can't adequately express how courteous and professional he was. After a thorough inspection, he found that, at this time, I had no problems to concern myself with, told me how to and how often to measure the areas of concern I was seeing, made recommendations for improvement in my home's storm drainage to avoid future problems and left without submitting an invoice. Wow. Where do I begin? 1. Respect - Every single person I dealt with at this company was incredibly polite, courteous, and respectful. From Sherry to Ben the Engineer to Ben the Plumber to the two guys who repaired the post tension cable - It was all "yes sir" "no sir" etc. 2. Competence - The Engineer Ben was incredibly knowledgeable about the foundation repair process, he was extremely thorough with his measurements and very detailed with his initial quote. Martin and his crew were also quite capable as they completed a large job in just under 3 days. 3. Dedication - Generocity sent a plumber out at 9pm at night to attend to a leaking pipe on our property to make sure that our water supply was not compromised overnight - incredible. 4. Clean Up - After they finished the job, it was like they were never there. I could not find a spot of clay - and the excess clay they laid in the backyard was neatly raked and leveled down appropriately. I called this company to get for an estimate on replacing a sill beam. Ben came by the very next day. He spent a great deal of time checking everything around and underneath the house since it sits on piers. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave me an amazing quote.
