It did not fix it and squirrel cage was not clean. Takes 5 minutes to take blower motor out and putting it back in another 5 minute. They charged me $490. 86 for that service. Crazy that I was charged that. I paid it but I won't call them again and if people are smart they won't either unless you have alot of money to burn.

All they did was walk around and stare at things for the first hour, then cut a hole in the ceiling all to tell me they couldn't find anything... when water was dripping down my wall the night before? The toilet was brand new, and I personally installed 2 weeks prior. They said the wax ring was bad... I was told $299.00 per hour and was never told about camera fees or credit card fees... The charged me 1.5 hours for a 35 min fix and a $106.00 inspection/camera fee. (again was never told that) Do NOT use this company.... I am a contractor in Northern VA and do not typically write reviews about fellow contractors. I've left 3 bad reviews my entire life and the other 2 were food service related. I just hate dishonest people who take advantage of others. PS. After leaving my 1st review Curtis called to cuss me out and tell me how much of a piece of S!*@ I am for leaving a bad review on them. This company is NOT on the Better Business Bureau website, but I have contacted to the BBB to get them registered and will be filling a formal complaint once the paperwork I've submitted gets approved.
