Scheduled our appointment and it was two weeks out, frustrating but we understood since maybe there's a lot of other people having this same problem. The day before our appointment they rescheduled it another week and a half out. When I called the customer service they were absolutely not helpful, not apologetic about this inconvenience. All she said was "we had the rescheduled our technician entire day, and the soonest we have is June 10". That was it. One, that's not my problem you had to reschedule the whole day, make it work. Two how about you have more sympathy, and try to find a solution. Mind you they are simply just inspecting our unit, to tell us what the problem is so we can go from there.. completely unacceptable

Since it wasn't an emergency, I decided not to pay the weekend rate. He showed up on time Monday and tried to snake the clog loose. After quite a bit of effort, he decided it would be best to replace a pipe, which he did the next day since it was getting late. He replaced the pipe quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also was very reasonable with his price. I then showed him a leaky toilet, and he gave me an estimate. I didn't anticipate it getting worse so soon, so I called him a couple days later and he got fixed quickly and quite reasonably!

The toilet was brand new, and I personally installed 2 weeks prior. They said the wax ring was bad... I was told $299.00 per hour and was never told about camera fees or credit card fees...
