Joey, with First Class Hardware, came in and realigned 4 already installed exterior doors; they were not closing properly and when he finished they all closed perfectly! He installed 7 interior doors and again they all work perfectly. He installed the door knobs for the interior and exterior doors as well as deadbolts on the exterior. He installed all door/drawer pulls on the kitchen cabinets; they were placed with precision and look great. We are so pleased with the workmanship, and professionalism we experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently having all the tools needed to do the job right. We will definitely have him return to install all baseboards and door casings. Highly recommend this company. When we had to pull the trigger on a new roof, there was no one else we called. The quote was below others and we knew their work would be great. They rolled in around 6AM and started (while they were watching the weather for the next deluge). They finished our entire roof by sundown. Clean up was amazing. All of their workers were on it! The NUROOF Team including ownership were fantastic and helping me get my roof completly replaced…read more it did take some time, no fault of their's, but their entire team showed excellent diligence, communication, and professionalism in helping me through the process. my insurance company tried to weasel out of paying for any of my roof basically, which the new roof team was adamant they should be paying for in full. At the advice of these professionals, I chose to pursue nationwide insurance legally due to their neglect to fulfill their obligation in covering a roof replacement under my insurance policy at the advice of the Nuroof staff and using a recommended law Firm that they work with on these issues. After months of back-and-forth with the law firm in the insurance company, we finally got nationwide insurance to cover the cost of a full roof replacement as they should have from the beginning. We did not even end up meeting to take them to court, as they decided to do what was right after receiving the initial letter from the attorneys stating that we intended to file a lawsuit. Not only did nationwide end up covering a full roof replacement with all of the upgrades, they ended up replacing gutters, my exterior garage door, window screens, re-staining my backyard fence, and fixing a few other things as well. At the advice of the Nuroof team to go after nationwide legally, I had to come out of pocket no additional money, and ended up coming on top with an over $17,000 replacement of my roof and other items. From that point we had The job is scheduled to be done within 5 to 7 days, and it was completed fully in one day of demo and install. They also scheduled other professionals to fix the other items that nationwide insurance ended up covering without me even having to search and contract professionals for the other parts of the job. The roof looks great and is very high-quality from my perspective, with entire team including the installers were very professional, in the whole process with this company was ultimately painless and save me tons of money and stress That I would've incurred without their professional advice to pursue my insurance company legally. Tulsa Masonry Design recently completed a chimney project for us. Our external chimney had bricks…read morethat were spalling/crumbling. I kept putting off the repair so the damage had gotten pretty bad (see first two pictures). I finally contacted TMD and glad I did! Yensay & his crew did a great job. They replaced all the damaged bricks as well as cleaned up the existing bricks (see third picture). Yensay was straightforward in letting us know the bricks of our house have been discontinued so we wouldn't be able to get an exact match. He brought over samples and worked with us to find the closest match to our liking. The crew started early in the morning each day and cleaned up when the project was finished. They are professionals and know what they're doing! Also Amanda in the office was easy to work with, prompt with responses, and answered questions I had.
