After my last experience here, I probably won't be coming back. Sad to say after so many years. I…read morerented a 100 foot drain router and had an absolutely horrible time with the machine. Just about blew out my back completely. The problem is that it's a very heavy device, and the cable is extremely heavy as well, it's really hard to manually pull it from the machine as it's spinning which you have to do with the machine that they rent here. If you're lucky and get a good rental unit, it has a gear that actually drives the cable through your pipe both in and out and you don't have to do all the work with your back and arms. I had an issue getting my cable back into the machine, and when I called about it, they said they would charge me for labor, even though I had insurance. So I ended up destroying an afternoon and my back putting the thing back together - look for a better rental store, at least for this type of thing.

The following is translated from Spanish: My dad simply asked to borrow a broom, to which Nicholas said: "Oh, you don't have one? Why even come if you don't have one?" My dad: "Well, then let me rent it from you." Nicholas: "If you have money to rent one, why don't you just buy one?" He never ended up letting my dad borrow it, he just keeping talking as he walked away. My dad then proceeded to ask another worker for a broom who let him borrow it with no hesitation. The other shirt had an even older stain on the cuff that I assumed no one could remove. They cleaned the second stain, but the first stain stayed. They were also a day late in having the cloths ready. The staff is very friendly and professional. I found out they send their clothes off to Fairfield to actually wash or dry clean, that's understandable, I just wish I could find a place that did the actual work on-site. Lastly, $4 per shirt is fairly expensive. Granted, it is Napa, and after COVID I am sure there are not that many dry cleaning businesses left. However, I am not that sure if it is worth coming back.
