From the very first contact with this company, I knew the people at Cornerstone Surveying were the…read moreones I needed to get the job done (I had talked to three other companies prior to this call - all with poor results). Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake.
