I have only heard bad things about them from their quality of work to their prices and so on.. Neighbors have called asking them to keep their noise down because young kids live in the area and need their sleep besides noise that loud is not good for anyone.If they need music that loud they need to sound proof their building and do it inside .Their resident neighbors were here before them so they need to start showing some respect which they do not.Their response when called about the noise was nothing but threats to the tax paying neighbors including me , they told me to come down there and they would shut me up & so on .Nobody on earth needs to hear music that loud ,people should not be able to hear their music from 2 to 5 city blocks away that is totally ridiculous and anywhere from sun-up to after dark that is totally unacceptable and disrespectful .They even do it on Sundays during Church service when they are only 3 or 4 doors down the street from a Church . However, they significantly low-balled their estimated repair time; I was told 2 hrs, I anticipated 3 hours, ultimately it was about 3 & a half hours. I see based on other reviews that this is a common error at this dealership. Customer service does appear to be limited. I intend to return for future oil changes/rotations. Will update this review as time goes by. I was concerned by this location's negative reviews. While I understand the most unhappy are usually the most vocal, from my perspective this place is okay to work with, I'm crossing my fingers that no negative experiences befall me here.

Over a week ago, it cost over $400 for a "consultation" on a Check Engine light. So this time, they said that a battery that they installed less than 2 years ago "needs" replacing again, and they came up with "another solution" for $800+. I walked away, red flags shouting at me. A second opinion elsewhere resolved the Check Engine light without additional costs. And the battery they replaced in 2022 is an inferior one; a proper one should last 5+ years. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
