Tried to see if I would travel to Gloucester-1.5 hours from my home! It was very unprofessional & disorganized. She told me I had to go to the Newton office next week to re-do the interview. She tried to email & have me scan a barcode to apply right from my phone instead of sitting me at an office computer. When I asked for the WiFi, i saw that it was for a rented space, not for connected care. Saw many red flags from the onset of contact. The office had no sign of permanence, nor did I get the feeling they are legit. If they are, they churn/burn through caregivers. Stay away.

She was so sweet and attentive. She is truly a credit to her profession, I hope this reaches her to let her know much of a difference she made under her care. I felt more safe with her on duty. He responded to my inquiries immediately (within the same day, while I was waiting in the hospital during my dad's operation) and he spent time with me, both on the phone and in-person, patiently gathering information about our specific family situation and needs. I felt, and still feel, like he really understands my concerns when it comes to finding the right care for my father. He took the time to meet my father in the hospital and pair us up with the RIGHT caregiver - someone who would encourage my dad's recovery and provide companionship in a deeply vulnerable time.
