It's been easy to schedule appointments with the very friendly office staff. The therapists I've seen (Megan, Ben, and Donna) have been knowledgeable, professional, thorough, encouraging, friendly, and just plain great. They've clearly explained the how and why of the treatment process, answered all my questions, and I've seen an improvement after every appointment. The end result was that I was able to confidently return to an active lifestyle. I also really like the fact that after the initial one-hour evaluation, the appointments are each 1/2 hour long with the therapist focused on only me. Each therapist only has one patient at a time so there's no down-time, waiting to be told what to do next like I've seen at other PT clinics. They give a manageable amount of effective "homework" each time, along with a thorough explanation of how to do the "assignment." Progress is steady and the outcome has always been positive. If I need PT in the future, there will be no question about where to go!

In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

The care that the team gives, especially Stephanie, is fantastic. I've had to go through physical therapy a few times in my life. And this is by far the best experience I've had. They are also very accommodating with evening appointments where I work a full time schedule. I feel like my appointments are part of my weekly self care ritual and not something that I can do without.

Was here a long time for care. I left with little success. Went somewhere else, recovered in months. Definitely will not give care to excel patients, but in my opinion to keep billing insurance for money. Super sad to see.

I kept quiet though. I think she may have met " let's stay only on track with your prescriptions and will not talk about anything else" Which is quite sad! Even just taking out bad foods has helped about 30-40%. Then adding supplements helped another 20-40%!! So I was almost in the clear. Needless to say I just came for the only support they can offer and did the rest own my own. I do recommend for physical therapy but when you talk more deeply about healing the body even faster and more efficient with diet and vitamins, they don't seem to be interested in that area.

He is rude, stuck up, he pays his employees very low wages for the large amount of work that they have to do. They are being over worked and underpaid. I was making 19 an hour, when I should be making 24 an hour, $6 less than the national average, he is so cheap! And the girl who does billing is kind, she is only making 19 an hour and has been at the company for 3 years while who is a office manager for one year is making salary, 40k, 21-21 an hour, and the other who does insurance is making 18-19 an hour, so please tell me why that is?. I had to cover shifts for people, no bonus, nothing, no appreciation, treated like a street dog, I worked terrible hours, 11:30-7 Tuesdays and Wednesday, Mondays 8:00 am till 6:20 pm, I have a Learning Disability but that never stopped me being the best I can be, but they don't see it that way.Thursdays 9-5:40 pm, Fridays 7-3:30, so I have no life outside of work, can't even get a part time job because of those restricted hours and they want you to do after work hang out, they pay you, but thats more work longer hours after being in work since 7 am. Everyone is getting sick, so now passing that sickness onto me, I called out last Monday as I was sick, so I know Kevin is using that against me, I hurt my back and they persisted I come into work anyways, said, we really need you, I agreed, I should of stayed home, these jobs do not care about you, I went above and beyond, and missed opportunities because of this terrible place. They overbook PTs and PTA, they are always sick, calling out, moved to another state, over worked, why do they open so early 7am till 7 pm, people have lives school. Patients are always cancelling and now I understand why, PTs and PTA will have 12 patients every 40 minutes, you don't get breaks, only one 30 minute break, but work 8-10 hour shifts, are you kidding me, I hope they get sued. I will sue them and get my justice. I didn't feel I was valued and under paid. I explained to them I am worth more than 19 an hour, to see my worth, they disagree. It is not like your traditional PT place. They use a different technique, biosynchronistics. I can't really explain it but check out their website for sure. I did have to make my appointment far in advance and I do have to drive an hour there but believe me it is so worth it. I had my pain under control through acupuncture (read review!) by the time my appointments started but knew I had to correct my posture and how I carried my body. AMAZING! I am so glad I go here and it is working wonders. I feel centered and am aware of how I move my body. I can't say enough great things about this place. You need to check it out for yourself!
