I had previously kept the piece in a basic plexiglass box because I couldn't find the right frame to complement its beauty--until I contacted Jess. She responded within hours with a creative framing concept. Even though it was difficult to see the colors clearly in her initial photo, Jess went the extra mile--literally stepping outside to take another photo in natural light so I could better visualize the color scheme. Today, I finally saw the finished piece, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The craftsmanship, color coordination, and overall presentation are exquisite. Jerry, at Picture Depot stands out as amazingly great. He's framed a number of pictures for us - photos from Africa, an oil from Africa and a large collage we bought in Israel. He has extraordinary taste and skill. The oil was a challenge, since he didn't have a lot of extra canvas to stretch. The collage was extra challenging because he had to make a shallow shadow box to ensure the acrylic paint would not get damaged by the glass. Workmanship is top notch and pricing is fair. Oh, and he personally delivered our Africa photos and hung them on the wall in a way we would never have considered. We and everyone that sees the way Jerry arranged the pictures love what he did. Impossible to find anyone better.

I had a very concerning experience with Lucite Clear Reflections and feel compelled to share it for…read moresafety reasons. I purchased a custom lucite bench and had a cushion made for it. The first bench shattered into sharp pieces when I placed my arm on it while trying to stand up from the floor. I was told it was their opinion that I must have stood on the bench -- which was not true. At my own expense, I agreed to have a second bench made. Recently, while sitting on it under normal use, the bench suddenly fractured and exploded into several sharp pieces, causing me to fall to the floor. Thankfully I was not seriously injured, but it was extremely alarming. A bench designed for seating should safely support normal seated weight. Experiencing two similar failures raises serious concerns about construction and durability. I would strongly urge anyone considering lucite seating to not to use this vendor.

My COVID19 lockdown project was a giant sized Scrabble/Words with Friends magnetic and wood board made 45"x45" but I had no way to frame it or hang it on the wall which is where I wanted it. Lucite Clear Reflections made my dreams come true! I strongly recommend this team which collaborated with me, made excellent and well received creative suggestions. They were patient. I will surely be a repeat customer and appreciate them as solid columns of excellence. The work is detailed, clean, attractive and they have an amazing turn around time. It's been hanging on the wall since about OCT 2022 and still sitting perfect. Holes were drilled into the acrylic foundation which made hanging a breeze. The Clear Reflections team worked with me to make sure the entire thing was not too heavy but would be sturdy and functional (yes it can come off the wall if needed). I am really happy with the stand off mounting they helped me achieve. Notice the gloss black frame they were able to add around the border which made the game board pop! See pics.
