I was unfortunate enough to work with Pepine while buying a property and had a terrible experience. I thought I was unlucky with the agent and decided to give them a second chance so when I decided to rent my property, and looked for them to manage it. The first manager was a grumpy lady that treats you ok before you sign a contract with them. As soon as she had the contract signed your life turns into a nightmare. You will be ripped off with fees that come out of nowhere, get a terrible management service, have an unresponsive crew both via email or phone (yes - they will just ignore you), and the list goes on. I thought again the problem was with that specific manager, but later on a new manager and broker came on board, and things improved for one month or two, just to get way worse right after that. I cannot advise you enough to run away from this company. Pick a cousin, sibling, or a Pakistani freelancer online to manage your property, and they will definitely do a better job than this company. For example, as per today's date, I am begging for them to send me one document (a lease), and they've been ignoring me for 4 months but still charging me (and sometimes double charging me a management fee). Pepine won't forget to charge you an arm and a leg to manage your property or sell your house, but for sure this is the only thing they will care about. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
