I have filed a small claims case with Martin Family Ranch LLC as David Martin claims he isnt responsible for not refunding my money. My husband was hospitalized for a week in August 2025. and upon leaving the hospital there was no way he was going to be able to ride a horse. When I tried rebooking in February 2026 for this summer, the ranch was fully booked. Wouldn't a smart business try to work with someone's money they have already taken for a year. The big red flag was when his wife Jessica posted they were selling Martin's Ranch. It all smells funny, and if you look up their business ID in New Hampshire, the company is not in good standing. I would be very weary of any of these great reviews as they were four years old.

(525.00) My son went to the first day of the camp. when he was to get pick up he was up at the parking/lot driveway waiting. He did not have a good experience and indicated he was not going back. He said the other kids at camp (only 4 others) all seemed to know each other and it was very clique-y but that some were outright insulting. Not sure if any of this was heard by one of the counselors or the instructor, He decided that he was not going to participate in the last actvity of the day and wen to sit on a bench but was handed a broom so he could clean up the barn area.... Called to let them know he wasn't happy and that he would not return. asked for a pro-rated refund which i though was fair and was told that they have a policy to not give refunds, this "polcy" is not listed anywhere in any of the paper work that was signed. Since then they have ghosted and not answered calls, texts or emails. This is a shameful way to run a business.

I kept my horse with the Tyler's for about 9 or so months. I was disgusted to say the least. I…read moreoften found my horse with little to no shavings, dry water buckets, an uncleaned stall for days at a time. I also worked for the Tyler's for a short period of time while my horse was there and often times they would run out of grain, hay and shavings and make excuses and lie about why we didn't have them and when we would be getting some. During my time at ATOMEC my horse lost a significant amount of weight due to their lack in horse care. Many days the Tyler's wouldn't come down to feed AM hay and grain until about 11am. Most days horses wouldn't go out and if they did they would go out around 12. Ryan is a self proclaimed farrier and put shoes on my gelding that were two sizes to small. The Tyler's have no right running a farm or owning animals. Many equine professionals (vets, farriers, dentists etc.) will not go to their property for various reasons. I do not recommend you board here if you truly care about your horses well-being.

And Chris was just amazing with Süss. My boy arrived safe and sound (ahead of schedule!) and after unloading Chris took some time to just socialize with me and Süss. And to show their dedication to the welfare of their passengers even further the next morning Chris texted to follow up with me on how my boy was settling into his new home. The text updates from the road were so heart warming and my family and friends from across the country felt like they were included in the excitement with being able to share his progress that day.
