The text updates from the road were so heart warming and my family and friends from across the country felt like they were included in the excitement with being able to share his progress that day. We stopped by and met the owners, Ali and her mom Colleen. Our two dogs immediately took a liking to them and seemed right at home in their facility. There are your usual gates that you will see at any doggy daycare so they can keep the dogs safe and separated if necessary but Ali and Colleen made the extra effort to make their place feel more like a home. It was clear that it helped make our dogs feel comfortable and I especially liked that it smelled nice and clean. The outdoor area is a combination of fake and real grass. It's nice to see a facility with real grass because our dogs really enjoy rolling around in it when they're outside. I appreciate that they try to keep the groups smaller and try to ensure that the dogs are familiar with one another. I think that's really beneficial to pups that suffer from some anxiety (like our female dog). Ali and Colleen were able to watch our two dogs for Labor Day weekend and from the pictures they posted on Facebook it was clear they were well looked after. Every picture showed them smiling and having fun. They don't have a webcam so you can watch your dog on camera but they do try to make sure they post several pics online so you can see what's going on. Or if you're like me you just miss their little faces so much when you're away from them that you need to get periodic fixes! You will pay a little more here than some of the other doggy daycares in the area but you are also getting a homier environment with more personalized care. Their pricing is easier to understand than a lot of other daycares too. We're so glad we found Zoomies and will definitely use them again to watch our beloved doggies!

She's very patient with both of our dogs, and with us as we all learn new techniques. Each session is completely tailored to our puppies and our home, which gives us a ton of flexibility to really utilize our time together working on the things our family needs, unlike other generic classes where it may or may not be applicable/beneficial to our dogs. Her rates are very affordable, especially considering she comes to our house. Having a trainer in the home has been great because our dogs are learning in a familiar surrounding, so we don't have to start over each week. In addition to great trainings each week, Rhonda also met with us for a 2 hour preliminary consult where she genuinely got to know us, our dogs, and our family's needs. She also checks in weekly via email to see how we're doing and answer any questions. After each session, she gives us print outs with step by step instructions so that we remember what we've worked on. Well, Casey picked her up at our home and she and our pup seemed to bond immediately! Off they went for her first grooming with Casey; about 30 minutes later I get a text telling us that her bath went easily. We never expected that at all. An hour later we head to Casey's to pick her up and on arrival, we find our finicky pup fully at ease and right at home. Never expected that either. Along with everything else our pup looked great!
