Very welcoming, spacious and friendly I've been twice now first time was the body massage I don't think they paid attention to the body areas that I filled out on the clipboard so the second time I got the foot massage and it's basically the same thing as paying for the body massage.. Only downfall is when it comes to giving tip. They never seem satisfied, even though I did tip a good amount.

I've had this bookmarked to check out for years. I have had the worst calf and foot cramping for a…read moreweek or so, so today was the day. I called, they were friendly and could see me right away. Didn't ask my name because they had caller id. I arrived on time, the only one there, and waited 15 minutes. No big deal. It may have just opened for day. Explained to the front desk the areas I'd like to focus on. They said no problem. 6-10 chair beds in one dimly lit room, good ambiance. Another person came in right after me and they sat us directly next to each other until the other person requested space. Massage was good, had to request more pressure. I specifically pointed to the places I wanted focus (forearm, thumb/hand, calf, Achilles, and foot & ball of foot -- all on the left side.) (also lower neck and behind my left ear to loosen the muscle near my eustachian tube) not only do I feel the right side was given the most attention, my left calf and Achilles weren't touched at all. Lots of attention paid to the feet and between the toes, shoulders and neck were nice too, but not evenly distributed. There were also supposed to be hot stones, but I don't think that was even done when i was laying flat. All and all, maybe a good massage if you're just looking for a general feel good rub, but don't go expecting transformation or anything mind blowing.

The place was clean and simple, no fancy decor but inviting enough with dim lighting and gentle melodies playing in the background. Beware, you can hear through the walls -- cars honking outside, staff chatter (in Chinese) in the lobby and shared space with massage lounge seating, even my boyfriend's snoring in the room next to mine during our sessions. We got the combination massage (30 minutes foot/30 minutes body), and my experience was positive. Pressure wasn't consistent during the entire treatment, but for the most part it was on the deeper side and effective. The first half focused mainly on the back, plus neck, shoulders, and arms, as well as a bit of the legs. The second half, my masseur asked me to "turn over" as he left the room briefly. He meant not only to flip over to lie on my back but also to change positions so that my head would be at the foot of the bed. From there, he did a very detailed job on my legs, feet, and each individual toe, borderline painful but overall good. We paid upfront before our services, including a credit card fee (2.50 per massage). Afterward, we gave a cash tip. They have a sign at the front asking for $20 (with very friendly language), which is the typical amount we tip anyway. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, so I have no complaints.
