I called 3 references and talked to two, including the church mentioned in another review. All said their work was satisfactory. This business does not have an Oregon CCB license. When I asked about that I was told by Jacob that they were working on it. That should have been my first red flag. The price they quoted seemed reasonable based on a previous quote I had been given a few years before. When they came the next day they did a good job of power washing, although we had to expressly ask them to clean up the dirty overspray mess they made of our back porch. Neno made a lot of promises about how he would come back if there was something we were not satisfied with and they even wrote on the invoice that they were giving a 3 year warranty. At the time I questioned why the cracks didn't really look like they had been filled. They told me to wait until it dried and it would plump up. The next day I sent them a few pictures of areas that hadn't been sealcoated at all. I have given up on expecting the cracks to have been filled. They responded once saying they would call me when they finished the current job they were on. I never heard back from them. A few days later I called from a different phone and Neno answered. I explained that I was trying to reach them to have them sealcoat the areas they had missed. He set up an appointment for 11:00 am the next day. They never showed. I am sure their 3 year warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. In general, their work was substandard and their business practices were dishonest. Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

I'm giving them one star for responding to my Yelp project and one star for at least letting me know that they weren't going to come and saving me a lot of headaches later when they probably would have quoted the job but then not completed it. From all the reviews it sounds like if you can get them to your house for a simple fence, they may be good, but unfortunately more times than not they cancel or don't show up.
