I've been coming here for years but this past year has been absolutely awful. I got a call to schedule a procedure because I was told I had high risk, concerning test results. I was given barely any context, and the office assistant who scheduled my appointment gruffly told me that I needed to schedule it right away and that was it. The next week I spent freaking out, only to have a 30 second exam where I was told I was low risk and it was just a precautionary measure. NOBODY told me that. I would not have had the test done. I got charged the cost of an MRI for that 30 second procedure. Then, the office billed my lab results incorrectly, and I've been trying to call back and forth for TWO MONTHS to try and get it resolved. Want hounding from collection agencies for months? Want to have to spend hours on the phone arguing over billing mistakes that the office made that you have no control over?? Well then this is your office! DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I would not recommend Dr. Hill to anyone. I saw her twice before realizing she's not as invested in patient care as she seems. She presents as very friendly, but when I brought up some serious concerns, she undermined me and wrote them off as being symptoms of my birth control and "totally normal for 50% of women, so no need to worry." Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion because I quickly learned all my symptoms were definitely NOT normal and were actually due to a pituitary tumor. My new doctor was shocked when I told him what Dr. Hill said. Her office staff is also rude and unhelpful. I've heard them talking poorly about patients both times I was in the waiting room. I was willing to overlook that, but I'm very glad I don't have to deal with them any more. Dr. Hill also doesn't deliver any of the test results or follow up calls herself - she leaves that to her unknowledgeable office staff who can't answer any clarifying questions. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor who is as invested in your healthcare as you are. I'm very grateful I did. read more

Worst experience I've ever had to dealt with. I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had too. I scheduled an appointment due to an irregular bleeding. Not sure what was going on I decided to give Allison Hill a chance. I should have read all the reviews before actually coming in. The front office staff seemed really nice when I first walked in. I pulled out my insurance card and they quickly check to see if they accepted it. They said "YES" I remember feeling relief and extremely happy. I was finally here figuring out what was wrong. Dr. Hill walked in & quickly introduced herself. She seem very nice but I felt she was rushing though it, asking all the basic questions. Then jumping into the COVID vaccine. After a really quick examination she said everything looked OK and there was nothing to worry about. She advised me go to see my primary physician that it might be a hormonal imbalance. I walked out confused on how quickly I was seen. The reception in the front office said ok your insurance will cover the office visits you just have a copayment. Later that month I got a billed. The following week at my Primary Physician he order some blood works & asked if I had already see a gynecologist. I explained that Dr.Hill didn't see anything out of the norm so he sent me to get a pelvic ultrasound. They found a fibroid in my uterus he's was extremely surprised Dr.Hill didn't see it because it's pretty large. I decided to come back to Dr. Hill so she would guide me through the process of removing it. She rechecked me, little did I know she will be charging me for a completely new office visit. Dr Hill completely missed it the first time and NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR HER MISTAKE. Seriously don't waste your time or money coming here. This nightmare didn't end here. She mentioned Dr. Dennis Idowu was a specialist in this department so she referred me to him. Again another appointment with a different doctor he walked in and introduced himself. Dr. Dennis Idowu exam me and explained and drew what the fibroid looked like. He reassure me it was an easy procedure & took the time to explain the process of the surgery date then he said go head & schedule your surgical appointment with the front desk.. Finally surgery date which I thought. I got dropped off only to have another consultation with Dr. Dennis I was shocked I was having the same conversation we had on our last visit. Now dealing w/ the front office trying to make them understand how is it possible I got stuck with a six hundred dollar bill. All she said was there's been a miscommunication since day one. I'm exhausted at this point. I will be paying your stupid bill only because this could affect my credit score. I went to Dr. Hill about a month ago for a well woman's visit. I was a new patient. I really liked her. I felt very comfortable talking to her. Moving forward, she will be my doctor. However, I did have trouble with one of the woman at the reception area. I do think that woman needs to be coached. I almost did not keep my appointment with Dr. Hill because of this receptionist. I've been to a number of gynecologists in my life and Dr. Hill has been my favorite so far. I honestly couldn't believe how FAST, painless, and easy her pap smear was, I didn't even know she was doing it until it was over. She was efficient without me feeling rushed, and took time after the exam to answer any questions I had very thoroughly. The chairs you sit in to get the pap smear and exam done are so much more comfortable than the old tables with stirrups I've been on in other offices. Her staff was also so helpful and kind from the get-go, I don't understand why they received any negative reviews. The office space is very bright and welcoming, I'm happy to have found Dr. Hill and won't be going to another doctor any time soon! read more

This is a review on my experience a ~1.5 years back. Note: the nursing and admin staff had always been professional and extremely kind to me. They all provided five star service. Dr. Hill, however, had emotionally traumatized me to the point that I had left her office in tears more than once and I'm typically not an overly emotional person. Long story short, I had gone to her office several times within a 3 month period for the MOST excruciating abdominal pain I have ever experienced in my life - pain worsening around my period. I'd come in to see Dr. Hill and try to explain how bad the pain was (like a rotating sword going through my abdomen), and she'd quickly check with the little wand and say nothing looked wrong. Inferring that I was exaggerating or had anxiety. Our visits were never longer than 5 minutes before she raced out the door in what seemed like abhorrence for having to deal with me. At my last visit I was desperate - the abdominal pain was so bad that on multiple occasions I had to pull my car over because I was writhing and screaming out in pain. In comparison this was worse than my entire experience giving birth. At this last visit I received the same generic treatment as before "I don't see anything, I don't think it's anything you have to worry about. Why don't you try your primary doctor." Then out the door in record time. This is the visit that had me leaving the office sobbing. So I went to my primary physician (in tears describing my experience with Hill) and without skipping a beat my primary ordered a transvaginal ultrasound and lo and behold, found SEVERAL ovarian cysts - the biggest being a whopping 5.4cm. Even though this experience is almost 2 years old, it's so fresh in my memory and it made me upset just writing this. (My current OB is amazing). read more

Dr Hill is an excellent and caring Doctor but her office staff is awful. i was told my insurance was accepted there, but when they sent my bill to my insurance company and were told they were out of network, NO ONE INFORMED ME that my insurance was out of network and they allowed me to keep booking appointments. Rather than asking me to pay out of pocket, I left each visit thinking I owed nothing, only for debt collectors to contact me a year later with a HUGE bill that I can't afford. Again NO ONE ASKED ME TO PAY OUT OF POCKET THEY TOLD ME MY INSURANCE WAS ACCEPTED. When I was distressed but calm in asking why this happened, her staff was rude and dismissive and unapologetic for their lack of communication that cost me a grand. For just an annual check-up, Dr. Hill is great. I had such trouble finding a new OBGYN since I moved to LA and I'm happy I finally found one. Like others have mentioned, she is efficient when conducting a pap smear, but I never felt like I was being rushed. She took the time to discuss IUD options with me before conducting the exam. You hardly know she's doing the exam as she talks to you through it, which I appreciated it. I was dreading the pap smear but she made it quick and painless! I believe I was in-and-out of the office within 15-20 minutes of my appointment time, which I really appreciated. I have been going to Dr. Hill for years now, even though I have changed jobs and insurance coverage at least 4 times. Her and her staff have helped me make sure they are in network so I have no copay. I have recommended friends to her that also have had a great experience and continue to go back. She has a warm demeanor and at least appears to remember me, what my job is, life situation, etc. Even if she doesn't remember and she is only looking at notes before entering the examination room, I still give her credit. She is candid and has shared with me her experience and knowledge about freezing eggs and has previously checked to see how many viable eggs I had before making a recommendation. I think most importantly her exams are very efficient. Instead of lying in a bed with stir ups, they have a chair which rotates back which makes the entire exam quick and painless all with a calming presence. She always asks if I have questions and gives thoughtful, reasonable advice. I respect her opinion greatly. read more

It's embarrassing to say, but I hadn't been to an OBGYN in years before coming here. I was nervous because my last experience in this setting wasn't the best, but dr. Hill is a gem! She redeemed my poor experience and made me feel so comfortable. She is kind and warm and so knowledgeable. She educated me on my pelvic floor muscles and gave me some good nuggets of information to remember. I had the best experience with an OBGYN that I've ever had. Leaving this review not for Dr. Hill, who i actually love very much, but for this office system. I am losing my health insurance on Dec 31 and am in process of determining which new insurance to get. I have been calling Dr. Hill's office all week and have not been able to get anyone on the phone who can tell me what insurance she takes. Today alone, I called and talked to business affairs and they transferred me and the call hung up. Then I called and put in the extension that they had told me they were transferring me to and that hung up. So I called back and asked them to actually call and transfer me like person to person (get that person on the phone and merge us). That worked but this person was talking to me like I had an HMO and when she realized that I had a PPO, she said she had to transfer me and it hung up on me. I called the biz office again and she tried to transfer me and it hung up. I just did one final call and asked the person in the biz office (who isn't even at the doc's actual office but it's the only extension i can get to pick up) that they need to tell someone about this shit show. That I was sadly losing Dr. Hill as a doc, and she would be losing me as a patient, because this simple call cannot be completed. Yes, I could call each and every insurance and ask if they take Dr. Hill, but why can't one call to Dr. Hill work? I love Dr Hill! I went to her because I moved away from SB (thank Jesus: the worst day in NY or LA is better than the best day in that town if you have to live there, versus vacation or summer there). I'm not one of those women with a thing against male doctors. Maybe it's because I'm super fit and they're always nice to me. There's a lot of stuff on Twitter about how poorly doctors treat women who are not super fit and slender. I don't doubt that it's true, but never been an issue in my life obviously. And maybe it's that I'm bubbly and outgoing, but make clear that I'm fully capable of biting someone's head off if condescended to, and get treated well as a result. So I never set out to find a female doctor. I had a male doctor in SB but he got old and stopped operating. He referred me to Margaret Echt (sp?), who did a great job removing my Fallopian tubes in 2014. (Sidebar: the female doctors in my cohort from high school and college are irritating, Type A women I didn't even want to attend classes, much less have in my personal business, vaginal or otherwise. And their friends at college, okay, Harvard, were just the worst. So I do not buy, not even for a moment, that having a vagina alone makes you a nicer person or a better doctor.) I went to Dr. Hill because my mother used to go to a guy in the same medical group. Downtown LA is not far from Pacific Palisades as the crow flies, but if you don't go between 10 AM and 1 PM you're sitting in traffic for two hours and no longer want a gynecologist; you want Dr Kervorkian. (This is one of many reasons I don't live in LA and hope never to live there full-time again.) But Mom found Good Sam convenient because she works in DTLA. Now that I'm in the menopause nonsense, I'm really happy to be seeing a woman who is three years older than I am and living this herself. I did not understand the phases of the process. Dr. Hill explained that you are post-menopausal after 12 months period-free. Once you start skipping periods, experiencing hot flashes, waking up in the middle of the night multiple times (after a life of excellent sleep, I might add), you're in perimenopase. Menopause, in other words, is a hollow signifier, to put it in li crit terms. I vape and so want to avoid bio-identical hormones like Vivelle (estrogen and nicotine--NOT tobacco) are contraindicated due to a higher risk of blood clots. This is why women over 35 who smoke aren't allowed to take birth control. It's not the tobacco; it's the nicotine. So while vaping saves you from cancer, it isn't any different from smoking in this context. I have Black Cohosh (but not had a hot flash since 5 weeks ago when I was getting them for a week). I'm sleeping fine again after a week plus or horrid sleep. I haven't taken the supplements I bought because I'm on no meds whatever and vitamins are so big and yucky to swallow. (I'd be better if you could take vitamins in liquid form.) Dr Hill's take on supplements/natural remedies: "Some of my patients swear by them, but there is really aren't medical studies to support the claims on their behalf." (Paraphrasing, here.) She thinks healthy people basically get nutrients from food and that those who spend a fortune on supplements are basically paying for really expensive pee. I turned 46 in February and notice that my energy level fluctuates *enormously*. Just because you're not bleeding doesn't mean you don't get PMS symptoms. For me fatigue is the biggest one. And just when you think, wow, I might really be done, you get a long, weird, very light period. The new offices are fancy and beautiful. Just a block from the old office. The parking is so cheap! It's 7 or 8 bucks an hour. I live in Manhattan and LA: I'm not used to prices like that. And the furniture is great. One of the doctors is married to an architect or designer into Mid-Century Modern and the waiting area furniture always puts a smile on my face. I love the floors. A+ on decor. She takes my insurance: 55 co-pay (that's what I pay for specialist). And the nurse who takes blood is highly skilled. read more

So Dr Hill gets 5 stars. But the staff is really.... something. Every single interaction has been an awkward struggle of misinformation and attitude. I have worked customer service jobs and I am 1000% willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, probably too often. But this, this is something else. I would avoid this doctors office. It seems like they only really care if you're pregnant. And if that's not the case, that's the perception I wanted to stay with this doctors office purely because I really really like Dr. Hill, but I don't think I'll be going back. read more

When I moved back from college I needed to find a new doctor in my area that I would feel comfortable with. As most women know, this can sometimes be challenging. I spent some time on Yelp looking for people who would be close to my neighborhood that might be a good fit. Dr. Hill is only a few miles from home and her office is wonderful. Parking is so easy! It usually costs me only a few dollars to park in the public lot which is literally a two minute walk to her office. The building is still being renovated, but what they've done so far is beautiful and so clean (which is of course always so important in a health care facility). Despite the hustle and bustle of the office--which is always busy with expecting mothers to new moms, you never have to wait more than ten minutes. I have never been brought in for my appointment even five minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Everyone at the front desk is lovely and they make everything from checking your insurance to processing your co-pay very smooth. I have insurance so I am not sure what the pricing is like for a cash patient, but I think the pricing is very reasonable based off of what I've had to pay thus far. Dr. Hill is the type of person that makes you feel so comfortable. Like a supportive friend that you can confide in for anything. She takes her time and makes sure to answer all your questions. My appointments never feel rushed and she's always available by phone or email (what other doctor is available like that?!?). I will continue to see her even if I move out of the neighborhood, since I have been more than pleased with her office and staff. Please give this office a try if you're looking for a doctor, or if you'd like to try someone new! You are going to be so pleasantly surprised at the level of service and care. There were soooo many positive reviews of Dr. Hill so I was certain that I would have a positive experience. Scheduling an appointment went very smoothly, the staff at Spectrum are top notch. They were sweet and helpful and verified my insurance. I get to the waiting room and it's beautiful and warm, the patient room was the same and the chair and equipment were wonderfully modern. If I was coming simply for a pap smear I would have given this a 5-star review and thought Allison Hill was quick and comforting. Unfortunately, I came in because at that point in time I had been bleeding/spotting nonstop for 50 days. Dr. Hill took a very, very quick look and told me it was probably hormones and that my IUD was perfectly in place. She was going to run the tests and get in touch if anything was abnormal. That was it. I understand that sometimes getting to the bottom of a health issue can be a waiting game - but I was at 50 days of non-stop bleeding. That's not something anyone should just wait out and endure... I did not get a call back from Allison Hill, however, I did call in as I was anxious and spoke to someone on the team who told me my results were negative. Fast forward to 50 days later, I work full time and have an autoimmune issue so getting doctor's appointments can be a bit difficult. I go to a different GYNO, I take a pee test. They ask me if I'm on or about to start my period as there is blood in my urine. In 5 minutes they already have done more than Dr. Hill. I explained, to the nurse that's the reason for my visit and she confirms in my chart that I was coming in for unexplained bleeding. Not too long after I talk to the doctor and he gives me an ultrasound. AGAIN, more than Dr. Hill did. It turns out that my IUD was not perfect it had dislodged and was causing the bleeding!!! The doctor removed it and 3, THREE days later the bleeding stopped. Had I gone to the second doctor first I would have saved myself 50 days of bleeding!!! I just felt very dismissed, and disappointed. I wanted so much for women's spectrum to work out for me. It is far more convenient and comfortable than the other practice, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. read more

Experience over all was a ok. I like how speedy it is because nobody likes to waste time in a clinic. Dr. Hill literally spends less than 5 min on me for my annual check up and I was check in and out within 15 mins. Some people doesn't like this as they think it is careless. I, however, don't really care too much because all I need to know is I am healthy. I have also had an IUD done here. I had my first consultation with Dr. Hill and it was very brief. All I know was Nexplanon ("I armor up") cannot be performed by her because it is a new technology and she studied how to do birth control during her earlier years so I was assigned with Dr. Idowu who was amazing. I do wish I had a consultation with Dr. Idowu first because he would have not recommended to do Nexplanon which was injected in my arm and now I have a permanent scar. When I was there for my actual IUD appointment, Dr. Idowu explained that half of his patients had taken this out due to discomfort. Needless to say I was in that half despite I have a high pain tolerance and usually do not feel much on any part of my body. I just wished I had a more thorough explanation during my first visit to discuss about the IUD before the clinic ordered it (so insurance paid and I couldn't back out to ask for another brand) and I had Dr. Idowu... who was SO patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Hill is cool and nice, I just think she is too busy and not the type to go out of her way to give you her thoughts on what is her suggestion. Recently, I did received some wrong charges from a lab who told me this clinic sent my testing to them instead of the other option which would be covered by my insurance 100%. I was in clinic during July for annual check up, I received this bill during December which was odd to me. I reached out to the clinic and the staff Barbie took care of it for me over the phone. Overall, the staffs are very polite, nice, and efficient and the clinic is clean and neat. I recommended a few people here. Final thought on this: 1.) If you like fast service and don't have time to waste- go for it. (Hey I am this type and I love it). 2.) If you have a lot of questions, extra health issues, like a thorough check up- this place isn't for you. 3.) There is no parking validation so it kind of sucks. You have to walk to a garage near by and pay at least 5 bucks for 15min. read more

This review is only about Dr. Hill, the rest of the experience with appointment making and staff interaction was fine. I actually waited a very long time to write this review, as I didn't want to write in the heat of the moment, with emotions that may impact a clearer view of the situation. But ultimately, my opinion did not change much since. Dr Hill entered the room with lots of energy and all smiles. She asked relevant questions about why I was here, as well as random questions for small talk. She talked A LOT. And I understand the idea of talking a lot is to make the patient comfortable, but if you are going to go for small talk, at least be genuine about it. She would ask me the same thing twice, not really paying attention to my answers, nor wait for me to even answer. It felt like a one-way street. After my appointment she told me she would PERSONALLY call me with my results the next day. The day my results came (which ended up being TEN days later), I got a call from Barbie (?)... ok... so much for a personal call. Barbie gave me my lab results straight up (which were not good news), asked me if I wanted them emailed or mailed. And it was as brief as that. Okay, so Barbie is not my doctor, she's just passing on the info... So I figured maybe there would be a follow up call from Dr Hill later? Nothing. Granted my results were not life threatening, they were emotionally negative. Especially with the information I had given her at my visit. My results were basically a confirmation of what I was already apprehensive about (guess I should have paid myself $800), but my real questions remained unanswered. I had read all these reviews about Dr Hill being so warm and attentive. I definitely did not get that vibe. I was very disappointed to be treated like another body, not a person. I've only met with her twice, once to actually get my IUD inserted (quick & painless thanks to Dr. Hill), but both appointments have been nothing but 5-star experiences and I'm so happy I found her. read more

Dr. Hill is a shining example of what healthcare should be. She is personable, energetic, sympathetic, professional, and the pap smear I just received from her was the gentlest I've ever gotten. Never before have I felt so at ease with getting my lady bits examined than in this office. I came in as a new patient 15 minutes before my appt this morning. Her staff were attentive and kind- from the sweet young man working the desk downstairs who escorted me to the elevator and gave me directions (I'm partially blind- he noticed I was struggling and went out of his way to help me. Shout out to you, sir!) To the sweetheart nurse who went over my medicines with me and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving me to disrobe. It's evident that this is a great place to work. It's so well decorated too! With exam chairs that are actually COMFORTABLE! I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you doctor Hill and company. Came in yesterday for exam and birth control prescription. The front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called her after to change my prescription, she kept transferring me to another nurse who did not answer my call and voice message. I called them again today, the front lady gave me attitude and told me they'll be back in 24 hours. When the nurse finally changed my prescription, she changed to a wrong one so it caused me a lot trouble at the pharmacy. If you want to save yourself some trouble, don't come to this place. read more

I had my first appointment today and really liked Dr. Hill. She was on time and very personable. I'm a no-nonsense patient and she is a no-nonsense doctor. I was in-and-out with a full exam in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. *UPDATE* Since my first appointment with Dr. Hill I have had to see her two more times for medical reasons and I cannot sing her praises enough. She's on time - I have never waited more than a few minutes. She's funny and kind, but also direct, honest and no-nonsense. I have had to ask her several REALLY awkward questions, but never once have I felt intimidated or judged. And the lovely ladies that work at the front desk and very kind and accommodating. This review is for a routine visit-- Soup to nuts everything went very smoothly on the admin side, and the staff was incredibly sweet and efficient. Dr. Hill is lovely and took the time to listen and talk and get a general sense of me as a person and patient. Exam was quick and painless. The office itself is clean and pretty with tasteful and colorful mid-century furniture in the waiting rooms. Extra points for the very cool electric, adjustable exam chair that eliminates the need for awkwardly scooting yourself to the edge of the table (you know what I'm talking about). Hard to explain, but this chair makes the whole experience much less unpleasant. Yay! read more

I had been going to the FPA clinic before this as I couldn't find a OBGYN that I actually liked and felt comfortable around and today I finally did! Dr Hill is the worst I have ever seen. I went in for pain I was having, I explained there is endometriosis in my family. She basically laughed at me for assuming I could have that. She examined me for less than 5 mins. Told me my bladder was full and then left. I went to another doctor who then found a cist in my ovary that was very large! I now have $75 in collections because I refuse to pay this horrible practice. Do not go here! Awful. read more

Like most young, healthy working professionals, I either didn't have a great experience with any Ob/Gyns in my past or didn't have a relationship at all. Finding the right Ob/Gyn is more about finding a great partnership. I've spent my entire career working with physicians and Dr. Hill has to be on of the nicest doctors that I have had the opportunity to meet. She is prompt with her response, cost sensitive and a wealth of knowledge. In addition her staff was very nice and even if they had a bad day (as the other yelp reviews may have mentioned) I would still continue to see Dr. Hill because she is completely worth it :) I would highly recommend her! read more

Allison herself gets an amazing review. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and just all around a great doctor. As women we all dread going to the gyno but she makes it quick and painless as possible. Unfortunately, though, I will not be returning once my IUD is inserted. The office staff is a complete nightmare, they are uninformed and will tell you one thing when you are there and another when you call with the information they requested. I was told once I got my insurance fixed (they somehow had my birthday switched up) that all I would have to do is call back and make my appointment. Even gave me the instructions for the pill doctor Hill gives you the day of so the insertion of the IUD is less painful, so one would think this is going to be a quick process. Now back up to during the appointment, I had informed the Doctor that my IUD was sneaking up on the expiration date and wanted this done asap and asked about insurance covered it because I knew in Michigan where I had it done last it was no problem. She said thats fine, also that IUDs are mandatory to be covered under insurance so it wont be a problem having my new insurance cover it. Fast forward to speaking with reception on the phone a week later, they said that it is not mandatory that it be covered under insurance and that they would have to wait 4 weeks to contact my insurance and see if they can then ORDER my IUD and I would then have to wait for it to come in and THEN I can make my appointment, my IUD will be a month expired at that point that they will even order it. (I didn't think it would have been a big deal waiting until close to the expiration date because the ordering and inserting were done only 2 days apart when my first was inserted.) When I asked for a reason why all they could say was it was how they did things. No real reason. I asked why I wasn't told this in the beginning, because they had said "Call when the insurance is fixed and we will get your appointment scheduled." They had said absolutely NOTHING about "at that point we will order your IUD and that will take a month." I even asked over the phone how can the process be sped up and they said it can't be.. there is ALWAYS someway to speed up the process. (I'm a personal assistant, I have to make the 'impossible' happen everyday. So there is always a way) They said over the phone my only other option would have been to pay in cash and have insurance reimburse me, which I also was not told because I would have rather done that than not be without birth control considering the hormones in the IUD help control my endometriosis pain. I'm also confused on why, if they couldn't run my insurance for the IUD, they were able to run it for the appointment which cost me nothing because it is covered by insurance (which they could not bill for the IUD but could for the appointment itself.. hmm..). I highly suggest that Dr. Hill get a new office staff, one that knows whats going on. The one she has is definitely causing her to lose patients. Like I mentioned in the beginning, once I get my IUD inserted, I am going to find another doctor, I'm only going back because I would rather not go through another exam for the IUD. Lets hope my next doctors office staff is a little more knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Hill is a fantastic provider in every respect, and her professionalism and warmth are paralleled only by the nurses and reception staff of her office. I went to the wrong location for my appointment, and when I finally arrived to the correct office I was an hour late. The receptionists were so kind, accommodating, and professional and I was still seen within 10 minutes. Amazing! When I was seen, I wasn't rushed in the least despite the circumstances. Kind and thorough nurse, incredible doctor who exemplifies world class healthcare practice in her warm disposition, top-notch bedside manner, and complete knowledge of her craft. I've never experienced a nearly-painless pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound until finding Dr. Hill! Beautiful facility with comfortable rooms and state of the art technology and equipment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! I've found my new OBGYN! read more
