Nothing but good things to say. My dog had an accident and I had tried a treatment from the pet store. All I ended up with was an overwhelming fragrance tied with stale urine smell. Called Zerorez and they insisted they had to clean the entire room plus an upcharge for urine treatment. My carpet is only 3 months old so I wasn't interested in that, obviously. Tried a Yelp search and this company was one of the highest rated. They had an open window and were at my place in under 30 minutes. About 20 minutes of work and now there's no urine smell or awful perfume smell anymore. They assured me their work was warrantied and if a smell returned they would be back. I gave this guy a call one evening and he was able to make an appointment for the very next day. He actually was running early for the appointment, so he called ahead of time and arrived 30 minutes early! This allowed him to get the carpet cleaned earlier and I could get out and about to get errands done. When he arrived, he got right to cleaning the carpet. He was very quick and the carpet was cleaned very throughly. He was very polite and his price was extremely reasonable (cheaper than another company that I was considering). I just had a carpet installed. Instead of properly rolling the piece, somewhere along the line the carpet was folded, leaving deep creases which according to the installers would eventually relax. I didn't see that happening in my lifetime, so I called Don, who promptly came out to my house and steamed the carpet. The carpet still has faint lines, but is much, much better.
