This review is long overdue! Fantastic spa day at Allora Day Spa! Sibil, Kels and Jerry were outstanding. Manager Stephanie was also pleasant and welcoming. I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment. read more

They advertise specials that they don't honor. I booked online through their website and saw an option for specials and booked one. No terms that said it wouldn't be honored. It wasn't even as good as a deal as when I was on the membership. But I did end my membership when they switched systems and were not responding about issues. I wanted to give it another chance after time had passed and I hoped it would be better. Update: Stephanie, the manager, did reach out and honored the special I originally booked. I appreciated her follow-up and willingness to make it right. I was disappointed it wasn't available at the time of my original appointment, but I do appreciate a business that's willing to review and improve the customer experience. read more

I had a massage with Neida and she was excellent -- very skilled, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, the room I was placed in (first room on the left) was quite noisy. You could clearly hear loud music coming from their neighbor, Orange Theory, even over the spa's relaxing music. I found it distracting and it took away from the overall experience. Neida kindly offered earbuds, but I didn't really want to wear earbuds during a massage. The service itself was great, but the noise made the experience somewhat disappointing. The staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the appointment booking all the way to the actual massage. This was the first time I had a male masseuse Kevin. He made me feel comfortable and did a great massage. My husband's masseuse sorry missed the name also did a great job. I was a bit worried when I pulled up outside and saw the location because I have been to other spas close to other businesses and you can hear noise from next door, but that was not a problem hear. I came in during the week for a facial and had a great experience with Sibil! She tailored the treatment to my skin which I really appreciated. The two treatments I got on top of the facial were an extra $70, which I don't think I could justify every month, but still needed and enjoyed! She also gave tips for products to use in between facials. The ambiance of this spa was great! They had beverages and snacks while you wait and the environment was really relaxing. Hindolo is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever experienced. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The waiting room and restroom are consistently clean and provide a calming atmosphere. I also love the thoughtful touches, like being offered hot tea or a glass of wine upon arrival and water to hydrate after my session. While there are several options closer to home, I keep returning to Allora because of the exceptional service and experience. read more

Arrived 20 minutes early for my 10 am appointment as asked. I go to the doors and they are locked. I call the phone number. No answer. They did finally open but there was no return call or text. The setting was very nice and so were the quality of services. I think I will skip the head massage moving forward. They did not offer me an amount to tip. Basically charged me the amount so I could not customize it to the staff who provided the services. That I think is a bit off. read more

Short and sweet. First off, I never have to wait. They offer wine to relax you in their nice clean and calming atmosphere. Me and my family's person is Mariela, since the day they opened their doors. Mariela is thorough. She applies the perfect amount of pressure, and she has a wonderful personality. I really enjoyed my treatments here. The staff were all so nice and sweet. I felt extremely taken care of. The decor and aura were all very cozy and warm. Lockers and bathrooms are no frills but really, do you need anything special? I loved the cozy robes. Angelique was my massage therapist and was wonderfully sweet and attentive. This place was amazing. Went for a pampering day with my sister for her birthday celebration. We had 3 1/2 hours worth of amazing a service. Tiras was really good with my massage. The pressure was so good. Next time I need more than 50 minutes. My facial with Stephanie was Awesome. I loved how she spoke to me about my face and what she was doing. The body scrub and the peppermint head scalp was good. But I think next time I would rather try the reflexology instead and more time on my massage. I loved the service from the minute you arrive to the time you leave. The Bellini's were great. They did not rush you out of the room at all. The establishment is really clean. This is their newest location. Very clean, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly, from the front desk to the therapists. My husband and I had a couples massage, we chose the classic Swedish massage and we both left feeling very relaxed. There are several different massages available along with facials and various other spa treatments. The massage tables are comfortable, heated and had soft sheets and blankets and both therapists were experienced and talented. They have a membership program and we received the members rate as an introductory rate which was very reasonable. The membership plan was designed well enough that I signed up, having read about it online. They did not offer it or high pressure me in any way, which made me very comfortable buying it. When entered, the front desk will check you in and offer wine, tea or water. When getting a massage, I recommend Joyce, she is kind and can give a wonderful massage. Sara was wonderful! This was my second time having a massage here while visiting relatives. She was sensitive and kind and anticipated any issues I might have. She focused more on my neck and feet than other masseurs typically do which was much appreciated. Her pressure was strong and effective and just right for me. Amazing experience! The spa is luxurious and beautiful, clean and modern. Front desk staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. Sibil gave me my first facial ever and it was life altering! Have you ever had a massage and it felt like they're just rubbing oil all over your body??? Well this wasn't that. I swear, every muscle, joint, nerve, etc was perfectly massaged with the right pressure. I highly recommend this place. I really enjoyed my massage. Taylor was amazing, great pressure, very strong and just perfect. I got the hour massage with cupping. I wish I would have gotten a longer massage. Everything was perfect from entering the door until checkout. The workers were very friendly and nice. The design and furnishing of the entire spa was amazing, high class. The candles made everything so appelling as well as a great smell throughout the establishment. The bathrooms were clean and organzied.
