Came here for a couples massage and made an appointment for the same day. We were randomly assigned two masseurs and they had a nice little waiting room for us to sit. I did the back scrub add on and it was the best part of the massage. My masseur was good, but she wasn't consistent. I felt a little uneven and she barely applied pressure anywhere other than my back. She did find a knot in my shoulder and massage it out, which was great. It is Valentine's Day and me and my boyfriend wanted a nice couples massage. We chose J Sterling and it did not disappoint. The couple massages were going for 160$ plus free gift which was a cute alittle sterling's mug, magnet and some chocolate. If you wanted add ons it was like 10 or 15$ for hot stone and sports massage. The couples massages came with a nice foot massage and foot scrub. The ambiance was very pleasing. When you walk in you will check in by writing your name on a piece of paper and checking in with the sale associate. Rosey was the sales associate and she was very nice. Our appointment was at 2:00pm which we literally got called in right on the dot for our massage. We walked in and I immediately noticed the rose petals on the floor which gave me the full Valentine's Day experience with my partner. The massagers Nadia and Sam were so nice and really got the knots when massaging us. They even checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable. I throughly enjoyed this experience and 10/10 would recommend! The only thing I have to say is that I believed she forgot to do the hot stone during my massage but overrall she did an amazing job! Tisha is amazing for relaxation messages. She really makes you feel at ease. She can feel tension and help soothe your knots. Nadia is amazing with cups. She uses them to pull pressure and knots. It's a unique method and really helps relief pain. Highly recommend coming here at least once a month to treat yourself. They also do waxing and laser hair removal. I saw this place on a billboard with cheap prices and was shocked when I saw amazing reviews. I convinced two girl friends to go with me. One was a newbie. Wow! Great place. It was so clean. Nyasia greeted us with a warm welcome and took us into another room to wait. The room was so relaxing with jellyfish floating on a tv and peaceful music. Wilma did my massage and I adored her. I have been getting cramps when I twist around on both sides of my lower back and she worked out the knots and my back feels amazing! It was so relaxing. After I was done, I'm sure I looked post one night stand with a relaxed look, disheveled hair and an eyelash trying to float away. Wilma met me outside of the room with a cup of water. I called day of to book a facial for me and my mom and thankfully they still had a couple openings available. Unfortunately, my mom got sick and had to go to the doctor that day so she couldn't come anymore. I almost cancelled it entirely, but same day cancellations are 50% the cost of the service....put them both together and I'd essentially pay for a whole facial. Thankfully one of my friends had come over so I took her instead and it was her first ever facial. She really enjoyed her time with Adrianne and when we came out she said her face felt smooth and soft as a baby's bottom! My therapist was Cassandra and I definitely think my friend and I got the perfect person for us each. I was super sleepy and let Cassandra know so if I dozed off she wouldn't be caught off guard haha. My friend said she and Adrianna talked almost nonstop, so definitely different vibes. I appreciate that the therapists can respect that and create a relaxing space for you regardless. I learned that I have dry skin, which shouldn't be a shock considering how much I'm in the sun, but thankfully no sun damage or anything. Cassandra recommended some hydrating products and I've been using them at home ever since and really like them. All in all, I'll definitely be coming back whether for another facial or to see how their waxing services are. Love the convenient location too. read more

I have been to J Sterling Spa several times and always leaving with glowing beautiful skin...except today. I had a facial with Siara. Half of the 47 minute facial was spent massaging my neck and shoulders...included in this 47 minutes was a 5 minute LED treatment (extra charge) and under eye treatment which consisted of a swipe of cream above and below my eye. I am super disappointed and feel as if I just threw away $90.00. Siara did not inspect my skin beforehand. Just told me she was going to give a facial, led and eye treatment, and get under the sheets. Otherwise she did not speak again until it was over and I was told to dress, and she would see me outside the door. Well, I never did see her again. Usually the therapist is there with a water, and a hope you enjoyed the facial. Nothing. My face looks no different from when I walked in. read more

I found this place on Groupon and read reviews and thought why not try it. I booked my husband a 90 min massage and myself a 60 min massage and a 60 min facial. The facility was very clean and relaxing, I'm pretty sure my husband was almost asleep in the lounge area. Our appointments were scheduled for 10am and promptly at 10 we were introduced to our massage therapist. Both of our massages were amazing. We were very relaxed and our muscles feel much better. At 11 I was sat back in the lounge waiting for my esthetician, she came and got me at 11:10 came back in room at 11:15 up sold me on a seasonal mask for $20 more left the room to tell front desk and started my facial a little after 11:20. She did not ask me if I was using any products like retin a, if I had any allergies nothing. I actually told her I couldn't do the pumpkin mask because I received a chemical peel 2 weeks ago. That should have been my first red flag, my facial also included extractions which she did 4 and 1 that she poked was a mole and now I have a red spot on my forehead. Her gloves were too big you could feel the ripples as she massaged the face and when she did the tapotement massage she didn't have enough massage cream and with the gloves it felt horrible. My facial ended at 11:50, I was dressed and checking out at 12pm, total waste of money. I should have told her I've been an esthetician for 8yrs. Tisha was both gentle and firm at the same time, the customer service from the receptionist Marcy and both masseuse was on point. Ellie at front desk was wonderful! She suggested add ons for my massage and although I don't usually add anything onto a massage, she made them sound too good pass up so I added on a scalp massage and I am SO happy I did! It was incredible. My massage therapist was Jamie and if you want a great deep tissue go to her! I've had neck problems for over 5 years and she immediately found the knots in my neck and spent a lot of time working on them. I get massages pretty frequently (about once or twice a month) but because of the pandemic I haven't gone in over a year. With that being said I've had quite a few massage therapists and I can honestly say Jamie was one of the absolute best. This place is brand new, only a month old, so I expect to come back here and revise this. This place has some things it needs to work on. For starters, my therapist. She was knowledgeable on massage, but I felt she coached me too much. Every five minutes I'd hear: "deep breaths. Drop everything". I was so focused on trying to get this right that I didn't end up relaxing at all. This led to my body being more stiff. My husbands therapist said nothing to him, so I thought it went well, except he later told me they forgot his upgrade! So we had to tell the front desk to remove it. The massage started about 6:10, and ended about 6:55. I don't really feel that should be counted as an hour. I get it, my husband and I were about 3 mins late, but at least go till 7, as the appointment dictated. The cherry on top is when we asked to tip 10% on the total bill. The front desk said okay and we paid. In the car, looking at the receipt we saw she tipped 10% of the total bill to each person. That's an extra 9$ gone, for service we were already not too pleased with. Let me conclude by saying that I'm not a newbie to the massage game. I've had them in multiple parts of Florida, Las Vegas, China, and Maldives. This whole experience fits on the lower end of that scale. Saying all that, I still want to come back in a few months to see if there is improvement. If not, I'll stick to the winter park location. read more

Well really not one for reviews , but considering the *I don't care* attitude I just got from the girl at the front(Selena) , that prompted me to make anyone else aware. The service was ok. Nothing to rant and rave about. Been here 3 times, this one being my 3rd. For the price of me going by myself the first two times it was great. But now I decided I wanted to take my girlfriend there since it was her first time ever to a spa . It is advertised for a 90 min relaxation massage for $160 not including the consultation (which if only signing in when you get there is a consultation, then ok whatever.) it took me all of 5 min to sign a paper and get undressed. Anyways that leaves 80min left for the massage. I notice as we go into the room and start the massage it is 2:23 PM. By the time the massage was over it was 3:25 PM. The two ladies leave the room and tell us to have a nice day. We proceed to the front desk as I ask the front desk lady if they were still going to charge me for an hour and a half since it was only one hour. She tells me yes because I showed up late. Makes sense if the place was busy and/or that was told to us, and we would have just rescheduled since we were running a few minutes behind. She did not care to help us out or even inform us that this is their policy when I called to inform her I was running behind. They were just really fast to take my money and that speaks a thousand words. Unfortunately I won't be returning to J Sterling Spa after this encounter. We really enjoyed our couple massages the place was very relaxing and they were very professional. The ladies contacted us to see if we would like to come in early. They took us immediately and they were very friendly. This was our first time but we would recommend anyone to come there for massages. They worked every inch of our bodies from our neck to our toes. Our therapists were Manibel (I hope I'm spelling her name right) and Joe! They were both super great therapists and really took care of our sore and tired bodies from the Disney Parks.
