I had an emergency situation and, not only did they come out immediately to give me an estimate, they PATCHED my roof for FREE so that the rain would not continue pouring in. Ultimately we did NOT use their services due to the horrendous pre-sale experience. Member Comments: *Had to call twice to get a sales person to come out to review our needs prior to providing a quote for services. *The sales person came out and we discussed our needs - an all season two-story sun room, and a deck. The Sales person took measurements, pictures, etc. and said he would get back to us with some quotes. I was upfront in saying that we had specific deadlines (we talked in July) that I needed the work completed by Thanksgiving. He was confident that the project could be completed in 8 weeks. *After waiting for 2-weeks and emailing the sales person 3 times (with excuses from being backed up to being out of the country), I was finally provided with a very high level quote that was verbatim as below: *One story family room addition: 32K - 35K Second story add: 17K- 19K Patio tie in: $3350.00 *Emailed back the sales person a couple of times asking for more details on the quotes prior to making a decision to move forward. Never did hear back from him. *Finally a week later, On August 25th, 2013 (I believe) I posted a very detailed complaint on the corporate website http://www.allphaseexteriors.com hoping to hear something back. *My outreach was NEVER even acknowledged. *We of course never did use them - quite unfortunate as they did come recommended, we did see their work product first hand, and were willing to do business in excess of $50K.
