She was able to give guidance and preferences but she said they were great independently. They did the job efficiently. They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.

I had very high expectations after meeting with them, they were very nice and promised that the…read morepainters would remove everything, tarp everything, then put everything back exactly as it was and do a very thorough cleanup. The first thing a painter said to my husband was basically asking him if we were going to help them remove and put things back, which confused us since that was part of the job description. These people cut so many corners. They didn't remove switch plates or fixtures, they didn't tarp everything, they didn't sand down patches on the wall, they didn't remove any nails they just painted over them, and they got paint spatter all over my house. When they finished they did not do a thorough cleaning, they used MY broom that I had set out and swept the floor, that is it. They did make an effort put mostly everything back where it was but it was all done very sloppily. We had to have them scratch paint off of some things in the final walk through, but there was no way I could've noticed all the little things that got paint on them. When I asked if there was going to be a more thorough cleanup than just sweeping the answer was basically "nah that's it". So I had to spend hours deep cleaning (which I thought I was paying for) and chipping paint off of every surface, and I keep finding it places a couple weeks later. I don't think they tarped my bathroom barely at all considering there was paint on my shower head, my shower curtain, my face lotion on the counter, on the tile floor and in the grout, on my tub and on some decor. When I called to let them know I was upset about the way it went they did try to rectify the situation by offering to come back, however I had already cleaned it up and fixed it because it was finished on a Friday evening so I left a voicemail and didn't hear back until Monday - because I wasn't going to leave my house like that. From speaking with them and looking at the cost I, like I said, had very high expectations that were unfortunately not met. The painters were nice people, but the sloppiness of it all was not what I expected and I felt completely misled about how "professional" of a job it was going to be. They did the majority of my 1,150 sq foot house in two days, and my guess is that part of the sloppiness comes from being rushed. I'd have rather had it be a three day thing and done properly. They get two stars because the walls themselves are painted fine, but the misleading description of what the job is paired with the actual execution and its lack of professional detail is not acceptable at the price point.
