It's such a pleasure to be treated with such care and concern as these individuals offer!!!! Should you suffer from opiate addiction and need counselling, well then these are the folks for you! I can't rave enough about them, as I've searched high and low for doctors, and counsellor's that exhibit the same if not greater than what's given, also I've never been able to connect with any counselors, ever, until now, and they have gained my utmost trust, because they've worked very hard to gain and earn it, if you need help don't hold the stigma that all is lost, because it's not, a life is possible whether you see the light at the end or are struggling as we speak, these people will care and they will help also! Thank You Options Treatment for your continued healing nature, concern and care that all of your employees exude naturally and on a daily basis!!!!!

The staff is wonderful and the facility itself is cozy, warm, and welcoming. If you or someone you know needs support for drug or alcohol abuse or addiction, this is the place to call. Even if Redpoint isn't the right fit, the leadership knows how to make a great recommendation for somewhere else!

Tonya Ramirez told me outright that no service dogs were allowed -- a clear breach of federal law under the ADA. When I calmly educated the staff on service dog protections, rather than acknowledging the error and moving forward, the situation escalated in a way that felt punitive. Ashley converted my straightforward intake into an in-person interrogation-style interview. Taylor then withheld permission for Ashley to schedule my actual intake appointment, pushing my care back two full weeks. For someone seeking mental health support, two weeks is not a minor inconvenience. It can feel like an eternity. What troubles me most is the question this raises: if a facility cannot follow well-established federal disability law, one of the most basic legal protections afforded to people with disabilities, what confidence can patients have that other standards of care are being upheld? A mental health facility should be a place of safety, dignity, and compassion. What I experienced was the opposite. I cannot in good conscience recommend RedPoint to anyone seeking professional mental health care in Longmont.

It is expansive, clean, modern, and comfortable, in a beautiful pastoral setting near vail, colorado. It has virtually every modern treatment modality. They offer transcranial magnetic stimulation. They offer stellate ganglion blocks, they offer ketamine treatment and they offer EMDR. They even have horses. Sensory, deprivation chambers, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, art therapy, a world class gym. Great food. I only interacted with the veterans and First Responders treatment crew, but they seemed Knowledgeable, genuinely caring and competent.

What I got was not what I paid for, nor what I expected. Did I get a beautiful location? Yes. Did I get my room cleaned and my bed made every day? Yes, and that was nice! Plus, my laundry was done once a week, which was great! Did I make some great friends? Yes! However, did I get signed up for TMS? No! Did I get all of the ketamine sessions that I paid extra for? No! By the time that they put me on the schedule, I paid for 4, but only got 3 because they scheduled me for my 4th one day before my exit, which, for those of you who understand a psychedelic hangover, should have never happened! Did I get TMS, which I had asked for from the very beginning, numerous times? No! By the time they finally listened to me, it was too late! Did I get a highly experienced therapist? No! I got a therapist whose last job was as a high school counselor, and who was so bad that people would literally walk out of her classes, and if they saw that she was teaching the class before it started, they would turn around and walk away! That was who I got assigned as a therapist! She sucked and was too busy reciting her favorite author's quotes to listen to anything that I was saying! My 60 years of anguish went unheard! Then I was forced to confront my therapist and tell her how I did not want her to be my therapist anymore! Instead of being understanding, she started listing off her education! For someone who struggles with severe anxiety, this was a nightmare that sent me into a massive attack! I finally got switched to a new therapist, who was great, but only got one 15-minute EMDR session before I was leaving! Was Dr. Tammy Ramano, the head of APN Lodge in Edwards, CO, aware of everything that happened to me? Yes! Did she care enough to make it right? NO! Having my room cleaned, bed made, and clothes washed was nice. Being in a beautiful area was nice. Making some new friends was nice. Was that what I expected, wanted, or needed, after paying 20K, plus insurance? ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOT! Do they seem to care about making things right? ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOT! I did see people getting the treatment that I had needed and asked for, but unless you are a squeaky wheel, don't expect to get "World Renowned" care! Sincerely, Jill "devastated" Story

People think partial hospital…read moreprograms and you're like ... umm that's crazy intense and I mean yeah it's group therapy from 9am-2pm for 4 weeks. Then a step down iop program for 8 weeks for 9 hours a week. It is gonna be hard but the pay off is worth it! However if you do not want to change your behavior and use the coping skills it will not help you. It will seem lame if you don't want to be there. You have to want to change to actually change. My parents did not teach me things about boundaries and feelings, so it was really nice to actually learn this stuff. They also can set you up with a psychiatrist, and give you helpful information for other services you may need. I think as humans we are so smart that we are aware of our existence and the global and political state of our world; we don't know how to deal with death and have very complex ranges of emotions. (Individual therapy is very helpful for specific issues. ) You can't really understand this stuff unless you go to school for it, which is why mental health programs are helpful. People who spend years learning about these things can help people who can't or don't want to do that! I was honestly scared they were gonna lock me up if I said I was have suicidal thoughts... but let's be real, everyone has them at some point! They were very nice about it and let you talk to them about these things. Of course do know if you are actively being a danger to yourself or others they do have to put you on a 72 hour hold, I personally have not experienced that so i can't speak on it. For your own sanity if you are sure you are not going to do anything, tell them that. Everyone on staff are required to be mandatory reports for those kinds of things. It's literally the law. (As are most hospital staff) Anyway life is crazy and everyone will inevitably have some sort of major life change, and it's important to take care of yourself by seeking help. I've had multiple people who have done this program tell me it genuinely changed how they handle friendships and relationships. Anyways I'm lowkey glazing this place but i genuinely think I would not be here today without the program. I am not sure what it was like a couple years ago but they have changed management and my experience was good. So yeah, don't be afraid to seek help, take those vacation days to improve your life. It's not shameful or embarrassing.

Systemic Constellation is a profoundly effective modality, that offers clarity and resolution for relational issues, anxiety, depression, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. Many of us never had or have forgotten the details of our family history and this forgetting disconnects us from our roots and without roots we cannot grow. These untold stories shape our perceptions of each other, our families, world, and ourselves. In this work, we hear the voices of the ancestors. We listen with our hearts, without judgment and it increases our empathy for ourselves and one another. We will explore your personal history, within the context of the family and ancestral systems, tapping into and allowing for shifts in the core entanglements, that block us from fully living our own lives. Whatever wasn't finished in our family history, it is now our task to bring closure to. Call for a free 1/2 hour consultation.
