Watching them was like watching two tap-dancers tap, tap, tapping out their work with precision while never missing a beat. Each knew exactly what to do when. Their show began by pulling tools and materials from their truck and laying everything out on the lawn. The walls shot up, followed in quick succession by the roof, the shingles, the loft, and the door; then came a swift cleanup, and just like that--it was complete. Having spent countless hours around construction sites, I know how easily unexpected complications can cause tempers to flare and the air to turn blue. Yet, these two individuals were a remarkable exception. Despite laboring at a grueling, relentless pace for over seven hours in suffocating 90-degree heat, their composure never wavered. Not once did either worker raise their voice or flash a critical remark at the other. Your installers are clearly committed to quality. I watched one of them trim a plywood sheet for an awkward overhead space. It was late in day and 91-degree. After the fourth try, the installer was frustrated. He dropped his tape measure and sighed deeply but then picked it up and measured again. He hoisted the heavy sheet back into position, and it finally fit perfectly. He smiled and immediately returned to work. A seamless connection of self-mastery and dedication to quality. It was... unforgettable!

So when you see the dahlias here they are massive. which you don't see a lot. they have lots to pick from. But the bad part of shopping for plants at Home Depot or lowes they never water their plants correctly so the plants always have black scorch marks and the leaves are browning and dry while being green as well. So the best time to buy is when the plants are fresh off the truck and haven't got watered yet haha. But if you want massive dahlias for a good price this is the place.

I will no longer shop at this location due to Home Depot corporate's decision to install Flock Safety surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Enabling the mass surveillance tracking of private citizens by feeding ALPR data - a poorly secured technology proven to track more than just license plates - into nationwide surveillance databases is an unacceptable invasion of customer privacy and a blatant means of sidestepping our 4th Amendment rights. I'm taking my business to local hardware stores that don't track their customers and support mass surveillance at the behest of the government. My review extends to the greater scope of Home Depot as a corporate entity and the issue I take with their decision making from my perspective as one of their customers. I encourage others to thoroughly look into this matter to form their own opinions and determine if they too would like to continue their patronage.

Ten minutes before departure time to pick it up, I received an email stating that my reserved truck is out of stock. I don't have every tool, but I do find that I do a lot of projects that require tools from every aisle in the store. While Harbor Freight isn't the greatest when it comes to quality tools, they do have a good selections of supplies that get your job done most of the time. My view on it is, why spend more on tools you might not find yourself using much? If the less expensive tool breaks, then you've proven to yourself that you need a more expensive, quality tool to have and cherish forever. Harbor Freight also has these random things like a toy drone and sling shot. While it may not seem like a tool, it definitely is fun to have a store that has oddities such as these and many more while you're browsing around for things you need and dont need. I recently got a tool cart from here (U.S. General brand) and I love it. Yes, it's not Snap-On or Matco, but it's just as good. And my wallet thanks me for not abusing it. I've raved/ranted enough though. Point in case: Check this place out for affordable tools that, while not top line, will get the job done without busting your bank account.

Negatives I'm building a deck right now and I've had to return Lumber two times because the wood is so bad #2 Douglas fir. Cracks in the boards bowed , plained with and 8th of inch gap upon other defects. I understand you will never always get the perfect lumber but a 1000.00 dollars of wood is just bundled up not looked at. I was never offered an apology or some kind of credit when the first time I returned the first time and hand chose the wood. So total took lumber down there 3 times wasting gas and money. Went to Home depot and got same grade of lumber they were swamped and helped me and were so polite. The worst was my last return i was wasn't greeted being visibly upset by neither Yvonne or jon Lee . In fact jon got confrontational towards me kicking me out of the store. Because I was told to go outside to do the return when the guys told me to go inside which was how I did it the first time. Then they said they wouldn't refund my money after the lumber was unloaded. I had to tell them the product was unload of my truck I'm not leaving till it gets returned. The said caleb had to do the return on Monday. I said well I'll call brenda because I have her card. Then they said how we can return it. Jon was staring me down and very disrespectful. I was the only customer so they weren't slammed. I have always been respectful and grateful to brenda and caleb. Yvonne is always rude and makes me feel uncomfortable to shop there. I will be taking my services elsewhere and wouldn't recommend burton if your a not a huge account holder as you in would think you should be treated the same. Thats where the lack of customer service comes to play. I want to thank brenda and caleb for there generosity. I want to make things right but that will be on their accord.
