I called and said I was coming, and then they proceeded to tell me that I couldn't come get it because it wasn't ready. I asked him why and they said because no one was gonna be there to carry it out for me. I said I would just carried out myself because this is the only time I could come and she told me no we can't do that you can't do that you can't do that, and so finally I'm just like I'm coming up mattress I'll get it out. Then I come home assemble the mattress and it has a bunch of blue ink spots on it... I wanted to get a different one because it looks bad but that was a whole Nother headache. They ended up calling me like four times in one day each time a different person to tell me almost the same thing. It was really annoying. I am never going here again.
