I called Jonathan out of desperation because my spring it just broke he just happened to be about 5 minutes away from me with his son about to go to In-N-Out he got out of the line came to see what my problem was fixed it and then asked me if I wanted anything from In-N-Out as he headed over there afterwards who does that!! Jonathan does!!! 1) I had already been through this process with another company so I understood the grade of springs and realized that the ones that Jonathan installed were two grades higher yet the price he charged me was less than they did as was the service not to mention the fact that I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance with these guys and Jonathan skipped in and out for me. 2) Jonathan didn't try to upsell me at all I actually asked him about replacing the opener and two bent pieces of track. He fixed the bent pieces of track and told me that my opener would probably be good for another 20 years so he didn't try to upsell me anything. He wouldn't even let me pay for his In-N-Out Burger. 3) I really enjoy supporting family owned businesses and the fact that he had his son with him and that he was showing him the ropes just resonates with me. I found Jonathan via Yelp and couldn't be happier with how smooth my experience was: he is a true professional and has a ton of experience in his field. I contacted him in the evening and he messaged me right back letting me know that he would be able to come over the next morning to take a look at my garage door. Before he showed up the next morning, he gave me phone call to let me know that he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived, we went to the garage together and I showed him what issue I was experiencing with the garage door. He immediately identified the issue, as well as a slew of other long overdue maintenance items that needed to be addressed. He let me know that it would be an hour or so for the whole process so I was able to go back into the house and get some work done in the meantime. This is a long due review, but certainly a real life testimony of how much of a lifesaver Jonathan was to our family! Last fall, our garage door was broken!
