Contacted Integrity Garage yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today at 11 AM. Received a text from Gary that he would be here on time. And he was. On Sunday night, something fell on the track. The item was removed, but when closing the door it would only go so far and then come back up. The cord was pulled so we could manually close the door. Gary verified the door and track were in good working order. Asked him to complete a maintenance, which he did. Felt confident that garage door will now open and close when needed. Another company had performed repairs on the door multiple times in 2024, but I was highly dissatisfied with their customer service and the quality of their work. So I decided to try a new company. Gary took my call that night and we scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. He sent me a text letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time (early actually). I just wanted update my review. 4 years later after our first 5 stars experience with Dean and integrity garage doors, I guess they have gotten bigger but I can't say better. I called because our garage door was acting as if it was possessed. I called up Dean and reminded him about his previous service to us- he said he can send someone out for a service fee- consultation was previously free. I was very disappointed that my loyalty of calling him and recalling his great service was not acknowledged nor rewarded. Money is tight right now and I needed someone I knew who could do a great job. Today, customer service and loyalty is important to both parties- learn from the big companies who put customers and customer experience first. Integrity was quick to respond and was available within a few hours to come check out an issue with my garage door opener not closing all the way the day after New Year's Day when other garage door pros were not available. The person was professional,but was a bit pushy in trying to get me to replace my door opener even though it was replaced 2 years ago. They then determined that the issue was caused by the railing (installed with the door opener) and the cables which started to frail (legit) they then made some adjustments to the springs and the tension on the door opener and completed the task within 20 minutes and charged $295 for the service and told me that even though they were able to get the door to close now they can't guarantee that it would not happen again and I would have to spend $1000 to replace the railing and cables. The next day the issue came back, so I called other garage pros for a second opinion and a quote to replace the railing and cables. To my surprise the quote for the 2 replacements were half the price. The other pro came out and informed me that the tension on the garage door was set improperly which caused the railing to bow and the railing is already in great condition so it was unnecessary to replace. They also mentioned that the root cause of the issue was that the garage door is wood and absorbed a lot of water causing it to be heavier and put some addition stress on the opener. He replaced the cables for me and made some additional adjustments and was able to fix the issue to the point where the problem didn't come back. He mentioned that to fix the issue completely I'd need to replace the door to a different material that wouldn't absorb water. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky with a tech that's not as experienced since other reviews seem to indicate that they are very good, but I felt that integrity garage didn't really fix my issue, made a quick buck from me and was going to make me spend unnecessary money to fix a problem that wasn't there. read more

I am sorry to have to write this but please know there is a minimum of $395 for them to come look at your garage door. Not the $65 diagnostic price I was quoted. We had a power outage and I tried to manually open the garage. I was not strong enough to lift and and I thought the manual release did not disengage. John came and lifted the door. It took less than one minute and the minimum fee was $395. I don't know why they quote $65 for them to diagnose the problem as I never received a diagnosis. Had I been told that was all that was needed to fix the garage door, I would have gladly paid the $65 and had my husband help me lift it. I will not be using this company to replace our garage door. Just wanted to give you a heads up so you know the pricing. I called the business owner and they said anything the do to the garage cost a minimum of $395. read more

Our garage gate opener stopped working a couple of days ago. It would open only partially then stop. In order to get the cars in and out of the garage, we needed two people to manually push and hold the doors. It was such a hassle and dangerous. So we called the company which installed the system 17 years to find out what was the problem and to repair It. They sent a tech who has never seen a system like ours and kept calling his company for advices then at the end told us that we need to replace the garage door opener system with a different brand, which could cost a few thousands plus installation. They will send us a written estimate in a few days as they don't work on weekend! So I turned to Yelp this morning for help as I usually do. I found a few companies that work on garage doors and requested service quotes. While I waited for responses, I called Integrity shortly after 7 am and much to my surprise, Alex answered the phone! Super friendly, listened to our door problem, asked me to email her photos for their gate specialist to review, and called me back soon after. Alex was out front about their diagnostic service call fee $95 and their hourly rate $350, plus part. We felt comfortable to schedule a appointment for this afternoon. Same day appointment!!! Dean the tech from Integrity Garage Door showed up on time, diagnosed the problem which was the battery. Dean replaced the battery and fixed our garage door opener. It works again! Yay!!! Dean did a great job! He fixed our garage door opener! He not only saved us several thousand dollars, and we did not end up replace a perfectly working system. Generally, I'm too lazy to write reviews, but I always want to when it's exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, IGD&G is exceptionally good. They installed a new garage door for me in November 2020. I had a functional problem in October 2021. Gloria was quick to respond. They fixed it that week at no cost and taught me how to maintain my garage door. Last week a sensor wire snapped. I was able to manually close the door, but couldn't open it again. I sent an email late in the day - on a Friday! - and that night they confirmed an appointment for me the next morning! Valentino installed a new Liftmaster garage door system that has a secure, automatic deadbolt lock feature. The system is operable from our cars or by a touchpad attached to the outside frame of the garage door. The garage door is secured automatically by the deadbolt when the door closes, and the deadbolt opens automatically when you press the remote. Very slick. On a Sunday afternoon, my heavy old garage door jumped the track on one side. I tried putting it back myself, but gave up. I wasn't able to put the door down, so this was a problem. Had a cable snap and called for a repair, which was speedily scheduled within the hour. The technician who came by seemed knowledgeable and worked very quickly. He didn't have the right cable length on hand so he went to home depot to get it made. However, after reinstalling the cable, the tech failed to readjust the cable tension and torsion spring tension, resulting in the garage door being lopsided and leaving a gap between the door and ground when closed on one side. The side w less tension also made bad creaking noises. I ended up having to redo the tension on both sides myself after reading up and watching youtube. After writing my original review, Dean gave me a call to try to discuss the situation. He wanted to right the situation and stated that they would work on these things in the future (such as actually performing diagnostics tests instead of automatically recommending replacement). I do think my original concerns are valid but I think Dean reaching out to me shows that this company is trying to provide better customer service. I also will add that he stated he would refund part of the cost of the service ($100) to right the situation. I will state that I believe the replacement was done well (I am not a garage door opener expert so only time will tell). My main issue was how the situation was handled. I personally am not sure if I would call them again, mainly due to my in person interactions that made me lose trust in this company. I might do more research into other companies if my garage door opener does break again (despite the fact that I was told that the new installation gets me a 1 year warranty with Integrity). With that being said, I understand that companies are struggling during this difficult time and I don't want my one experience to affect their reputation. I decided to update my review for this reason and because of the call from Dean. My final recommendation would be to ensure that a diagnostics check is actually done (push back if needed) and ask for a price breakdown (i.e. equipment costs, labor costs, etc) when working with this company. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to be pushed around a little too much and I will work on this in the future when dealing with companies like this. read more

My garage door stopped working one day and I was unable to get into it as I didn't have the keys for the manual override lock. I called Integrity to help me diagnose the problem and change the manual override. They provided a window of 10-12 and came promptly around 10:30 (with 30 min advanced notice). They proceeded to change the manual override and then looked inside and came to the conclusion that the GFCI was out and so there was no power to the garage so I would need to call an electrician in order to fix that piece. I do appreciate that they were able to come promptly and change the lock, but that's where my praise ends. For ~30 min of service, they charged me $650 for the lock replacement! I was somewhat in a bind because I needed to get inside the garage, but this feels like straight robbery. What makes it worse is they charge $49 just for the consultation (granted, this is waived if you choose to continue with their recommendations for repair). Turns out, the circuit breaker had tripped for the garage (don't know why), so luckily I didn't have to call an electrician to fix that piece. read more
