What a epic shopping experience we had in this store! I've always been a HUGE fan of this brand and recently shopped at the AllSaints in Soho/Londontown. That store was beyond decorated with sewing machines 100's of them lining the stairway to heaven :) Kelly helped us at the Santa Monica location, she was a absolute dream waiting on the two of us. The price points are a bit high at this place but totally worth it in my opinion. The jewelry was a long time favorite in the past and I wasn't at all surprised that the clothing and shoes were out of this world amazing. When we first walked in a sweet gal named Natalie greeted me and showed me to the jewelry counter. I just had to have the bangles that were marked $168. I had to have them. I was so delighted that when Kelly rang me up it was only $104. Yay! Nice surprise. That's when my daughter found me because she had to hit another store and she instinctively knew where I would go...My daughter Kiley headed straight away to the shoes and boots section and Oh My the selections were amazing to say the least. She literally had to but 2 pair. She did need a upgrade from the ones she was wearing for work. She has a job in tech that now she has to go in to the office 3 days a week... The new normal having to into the office now. Kiley purchased the loafers and the white boots (on sale) and I got the white boots after I got home! No room in the suitcase... Kelly deserves a major shout out because she was adorable and very helpful to us. I called a week later to ask her to let me know when/ if these killer black boots go on sale. She was a major delight to the shopping experience! There also was a lovely guy helping us as well but I forgot his name :( We were lucky that the store wasn't that busy at the time we were there. It was a Saturday and it was the mall in Santa Monica. Also for all you on-line shoppers my daughter and I both purchased the size 9. We've never been a 9 before but Kelly said she had to go up a size as well. There are not half sizes available. Can't wait to go back to this location! I can't say enough about this Santa Monica store and their amazing employees!! Customer service is key to any successful retail business and their staff deserves 10 stars on a five star scale! Taos went out of her way to track down a jacket I wanted and was determined to make it happen. I called her a few times over 2 days with questions and she was consistently helpful and kind! She was never impatient but was always insistent on helping me find what I was looking for. With all of her follow through she connected me today with the store that had it. I'm truly blown away!!! I didn't have the best experience here, and the inventory isn't overwhelming. The girl, that helped me had a lil attitude .I bought a basic top that my husband asked the girl to get from the back as the only one they had out was touched several times by people. She got it, I tried it on, took it to the register and paid for it . To my surprise before I put it on to go out a few hours later , I put it on only to see they switched my shirt out with a Nordstrom return shirt that had two holes in the front , and a return Nordstroms tag on the back of the product tag. I called them and they would happily returned it but I had to come right then an hour before the store closed . I went and they had a NEW shirt available for me when I rushed in. I later emailed the company and told them about my experience and they sent me a $30 gift card and apologized. Honestly, I won't be shopping there again. My husband and I went in there in jogging suits just regularly dressed, cause we were going out later that evening and didn't get the best service. But, when we returned in our high end designer clothes for date night they were OVERWHELMING nice. GTFOH with that. Play with somebody else. Ain't nobody really checkn for All Saints anyway. I was looking for a beautiful leather jacket to gift my fiancé for his groom's gift from me. I took him with me to find the appropriate size and Jordan W. helped us and was extremely friendly and super helpful. The rest of the staff there was lovely too, but his expertise really stood out to us. He was instrumental in finding the correct size and without his guidance would have probably gotten a size up that ultimately would have been too large. The jacket fits like a glove and looks like it was made for him. He gets compliments anytime he wears it. The jacket is an investment piece that I know will only get better with age. This one stood out a bit due to the decor within the store. The customer service reps were very attentive, and offered their help many times. I took the time to check out their selection, and it wasn't that bad. I like the colors in the clothing here: dark and classy. The cut of the clothing was geared more toward slimmer builds. I rarely experience service to that degree these days and can't say enough about how easy Kei made purchasing a new jacket. I love LOVE this store. This is the flagship store located in Southern California. The style selection here is huge. The workers here are AMAZInG! They go above and beyond for customer service. Once I wanted to return a leather jacket without a receipt and could only provide a credit card number I had originally purchased the jacket with (oh and I purchased it in an Allsaints store in another state). The sales associate patiently pulled the receipt from their database from the jacket's SKU and was able to complete my return. I also love how the SA's will pull clothes that they think will look good on you and make suggestions in the fitting room. They are honest and not trying to merely close a sale. What a fantastic first experience at AllSaints! One of the associates, West greeted me with a huge smile and fun attitude. He asked great questions about what I was looking for and made customized recommendations for me! We selected the Black Augusta shirt, which is a minimalist design and a classic. They didn't have my husband's size on the floor, but he went back and found it for me. Wow. Facade of the store is made of vintage black sewing machines. The interior is vintage industrial. I love the clothes here, despite their high prices. It's a mix of helmut lang meets LA rock & roll glam. The style isn't for everyone.... I will be saving my pennies for a few frocks from this store. The clothes are edgy, modern, and chic. Perfect for going from day to night. Color palette for most of the their clothes are muted - black, grey, dark blue, cream. Asymetrical hems, unique fitted seaming, nice use of fabric in collars, beautiful fabrics, tasteful embellishments on their party dresses. Jeans are $110+ Dresses are $90+ most around $150-$200. But some go as high as $500 Clothing sizes are UK sizes. So for the gals: add +4 to your current size. For your guy: the girls who work here are gorgeous - so your bloke won't mind waiting for you in the store as you shop. Also, the clothes for men are nice as well. read more

AllSaints is a British fashion retailer that is headquartered in Spitalfields - they have a large collection of clothing for both men and women, including tops, dresses, leather jackets, as well as shoes. I'm a huge fan of their men's hoodies, as they are so comfortable and the styles are lovely! I love how there's a label within where it tells you exactly where the item was made/produced. I highly suggest in you going towards the back of the store where there are sales rack (for both men & women on opposite sides). The colors are more in the black, gray, and white theme, but there are some colored-shirts here and there. The SAs here are a bit MIA and inattentive, but it gives you more time to mosey around at your own leisure. Currently, they have a window display of stacked antique Singer sewing machines, which I thought was pretty neat! :D A cool place to check out if you're roaming around the Santa Monica Place. +beautiful men's hoodies! :D read more

I'm a huge fan of AllSaints in general for their designs and materials, but this store is one of my favorites to visit. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT AGGRESSIVELY PERSISTENT. There are too many clothing stores where the staff is trained to hover and harass. The staff here will let you know of their presence without being pushy or abrasive. Their litmus test on whether or not someone is looking for a conversation is very much on point. Staff members always seem to make themselves available whenever you're ready to ask a question or are looking for another size, but aren't breathing down your neck while browsing. It's like they have a sixth sense. They also offer meaningful advice and suggestions and are able to articulate their opinions rather than regurgitating pre-written monologues generated by corporate. Unrelated to this specific location... but AllSaints as a company also has an impeccable Customer Service department. It may be on the pricier side but the quality of both the clothing and the company as a whole makes it hard to resist. read more

So I'm in Vegas, I see this store - really cool clothes and decor. I'm mumbling about how cute the clothes are and I can't believe they don't have a store in L.A. Well - they have a few and they are in Bloomingdales. Soo happy I found them. Really unique clothes, fun, hip but not cheap or tacky. Nice guy waiting on me. I don't mind paying a little more for unique clothes that are not trendy and will be out of style in a year. The only complaint - their sizes are not US. Everything was amazingly priced and as soon as I walked in, an associate named Alex, immediately helped me out and helped me into a fitting room. Nowadays it's quite rare to have exceptional customer service; let alone DECENT customer service. Often times I walk into stores to feel like I'm already being greeted by a robot but it's an actual human. Yes it can be that bad HOWEVER this store has a huge exception - Kei was by far beyond incredible. Greeted with kindly, with actual warmth. Was willing to hear what I said and be patient enough to help me find whatever it is I was looking for. We went through over a dozen different styles of their leather jackets. No joke and Kei did not once get annoyed, fed up or change his attitude in any way. This is the type of individual that needs to be the forefront of every single business and that's how it will be majorly successful. Highly recommend coming to this AllSaints store (regardless of the drive and/or parking) because Kei alone makes it worth it. Best experience ever! Thank you so much. I love the clothing, I've loved the clothing for ages and was so excited that one was opening up near me. That said, the staff is beyond unhelpful. I was in there trying to purchase one of the most expensive things in the store, and it took about 45 minutes to find out they did not have it in my size (I'm too busy for an 8 and too thin for a 12) because I was repeatedly told by my salesperson that she was going to look for it, and then she'd go off and help other people. At one point she brought me an entirely different dress in cut, color, design, etc, to see if that fit, although I'm not entirely clear what the point of that was since again the dress was an entirely different cut than the dress I wanted to buy. They also suggested going to the Beverly Hills store for the dress, which was awesome since the Beverly Hills store and told me that they didn't even have the dress in stock earlier that day. Once it was finally determined that they didn't have the dress I was looking for in my size in stock, I was told I could buy it, without trying it on, and if it didn't fit...yeah I couldn't return it but I could exchange it for store credit (I don't think I like them enough to have $600+ dollars in store credit, especially when the seasons are about to change and I have no idea what the fall designs are going to be like). When I asked if they could just confirm they'd be getting more of the dress in in a size 10 soon, they couldn't do that either. This is the big issue: I asked if they online store would take returns, and was told emphatically no, and plus I'd have to pay for shipping. Get home, go to the website, find out that shipping is FREE, and that they do in fact accept total refunds on unused merchandise. Go to the store, look at the clothing, try it on there, buy it online. That's how I'm going to have to go from now on. read more

Its obvious they don't go on commission based sales because they frankly so not give a crap if you are interested in any of their items. They answer questions but never approach first. RUDE. The Bloomingdales sales reps for their All Saints branches were so much more friendly. Im only purchasing online now or at Bloomingdales. PS- This goes for all AllSaints, a 14 day return policy is horrible. This place is rad. The clothes here are pretty reasonably priced for the "style" they sell. I feel like if you had a decent sense of style you can find something here, even though most of the clothes are edgy. Edgy in a good way. Button placements, zippers, and cut dimensions are out of the ordinary but it still works with these clothes. It reminds me of other high end designers you'd find at a store in Fred Segal, but at a fraction of the cost. Their boots are pretty sick and so is their take on converse styled shoes. Their wannabe chucks look cooler and distressed like the john varvatos ones. I got me a pair of the slip ons with no laces. I got some knitwear (the stratum funnel) and some shoes two weeks ago. I had to come back here the next weekend to pick up the other shoe (they forgot it wasn't in the box, but I should've checked too). When I came back they were super nice and this one dude (I forget his name but he had super long hair and rocked tights) helped me out and was showing me some cool stuff that he thought I would like based on my style. I don't know why people are hating on the staff in these reviews. Staff was nice but maybe cause I was there super early and only 5 other customers were in the store. Their style is rad and avant garde enough that I don't think it will get played out like KIIS FM does with it's music. Save some cash invest in a good pair of boots and some knitwear here. read more

When I saw AllSaints here in Santa Monica, I felt a cross between instant arousal in my loins and an abundance of joy that caused me to salivate like a crazed loon. When I lived in London, I used to buy this brand, and until now I had NEVER seen one in the States before. Before I skipped into the store I took note to the exterior decor: they store front is all glass and displays hundreds of sewing machines from the 1920s-70s. I thought it was very cool and gives that industrial old-school fashion vibe. I also appreciated how some clothing was hung and displayed on old vintage machine parts. The design layout and scheme really makes the product pop, and makes shopping the store fun. Their clothes have not changed. You get great style, well-made clothing, and the prices aren't bad. In fact, I think they are even cheaper than the prices in the UK when you consider the exchange rate, etc. I wound up getting this nice fitted gray jacket that has sleek lines. Really, if Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and minimalist fashion had an offspring, it would be my AllSaints jacket. The customer service is also very good. The sales guy who helped me was clearly passionate about the line, he looked great wearing the product, and he was very helpful. I just wish there was a store in San Diego where I live! read more
