They went above and beyond to help, even calling over a second associate, and never even hinted at it being inconvenient. I'm so thankful for them. Such a strange experience. The store is super cute! I had a few pieces I wanted to try on before buying online. I walked around the store for a few minutes, and then was strangely approached by one of the saleswoman saying "this is actually a showroom and you can't take anything off the racks" Ok... Then I asked if I could try a few pieces on. It felt like the saleswoman was trying to scare me away by saying I can, but there was a wait. As you can see in the picture, there is literally 0 other customers. I said the wait was fine and handed back the clothes I took off the rack. The lady then said "do you remember where you got your clothes?" At that point I was about to put the clothes back myself. I really love the design and style, but the vibe in store was super weird. I absolutely love Reformation and buy from them for all occasions especially the important ones. I usually visit the Main Street or Platform location. Today, June 4th, I walked up to the door as one of the employees was closing it and she saw me however she carelessly pointed to a sign on the door then continued locking up and ignoring the fact that I was standing right there waiting. Beyond rude and cold. It would have taken a minute or two to merely open the door and ask if whatever I needed was quick (which ironically I was going to buy a dress without needing to try it on). This lack of customer service is so frustrating. Actually it's a lack of human decency and kindness. Totally disappointed and disgusted in both of these two ladies working today. For more details and info, my last few visits to this location, I was helped by Choeyang and Aamna who both were beyond helpful, sweet and kind. If they were working today then I'm most certain the incident I described above would not have happened. read more

I've been checking out Reformation online and at department stores but never bit the bullet (these are definitely splurge items for me, I buy lots of stuff at Target lol). I'm so glad I went to this location! Firstly, the customer service is great and everything is simple, uncluttered and efficient. Find a piece you like, and someone will arrange to have it brought to a dressing room in your size (or use the touch screen and do it yourself). Each room has a wardrobe and you can add more items/sizes from the room (close the wardrobe for privacy and your clothes will be loaded from the stock room which is on the other side of the wardrobe). They're also very eco friendly and you can trace the resources used to make your items. The clothes run very true to size and the sizing is pretty consistent. They fit so nice against your body and they're so pretty. The store itself is simple but very open and decorated with beautiful flowers. And there's a section with vintage formal wear and wedding dresses! I would've lost my mind if I hadn't gotten married so long ago. So be prepared to spend some money but it was such a positive experience that I can't wait to wear my new dress and hit them up again. I'm going to send my husband there for my birthday, the sizes are so consistent and styles are so pretty so that helps too! read more

It was my first time coming back to a reformation with its new tablets and fitting room situations & it was an amazing experience. Any carbon neutral company deserves 5 stars in this day and age but Reformation deserves far more than that for its superior products and the location is Devine. Kat J's review isnt exactly accurate. Yes, the store has 1 of each item on a rack so that you can see it in person. BUT this isn't a normal shopping experience- when you're ready, you go to one of the stores iPads and select which items and sizes (theyre not just xs) you want and they add everything to a dressing room (the iPad has their catalog on display). Then when you're in there, you use an iPad to swap out sizes and add anything else that you might want. They dont stick their full inventory on the floor like most stores, it's all in the back. I thought it was a really cool experience and the sales associates we're very friendly and patiently explained how it all worked. I got a jumpsuit and will definitely be returning!! read more

There are only tiny sizes available and barely any inventory but then 4 sales people standing around. I'm not large at all but why would you only put out size 0-4 / XS and Small, that basically makes anyone who isn't one of those sizes feel like they aren't welcome which is absurd. Here I am a single dad looking for Christmas gift(s) for my teenage daughter. I happen to be drawn in to Reformation. I was greeted by Hannah and she explained the way the store works. Loved it! When I found something, Hannah was more than helpful in pulling up the item to see. She explained the return policy, in store and online. Best shopping experience of my life. The store, fitting rooms, and service is entirely stream lined and stress free. The lighting in the fitting rooms is far from harsh and can be adjusted according to preference. Charging cables in every fitting room. I have never had such an amazing experience with a store! Sera, Nikki, and Emma are 3 of a kind. The customer service was above and beyond. Many of the clothing stores on Main Street are not welcoming and you can tell they are on commission, this was not the case at Reformation.
