I was excited when this store first opened up in Seattle but I would have to agree with the other reviews that shopping in the store itself is not the most pleasant experience. I gave up all hope for people in retail to be friendly or pleasant a long time ago- the pretentiousness and 'I'm too cool' is played and done, so whatever. The problem I do have is when they're nowhere to be found. I often walk by here daily during the noon-one lunch rush and I guess the employees are at lunch then as well. I'll have a question because I often find that dresses I'll pick up have no price tag- or it's been ripped/fallen off, or I can't find something. Or I can't reach for something. And it's myself and a couple other people TRYING to shop. No one else. I don't have the time to go on an All Saints hunt for employees nor should I have to. I guess maybe they're in the back or downstairs but if I were them, I'd be a concerned that someone would run in and steal all their $150.00 t-shirts. Also read online that a lot of their US stores are not doing so well- PERHAPS THIS IS WHY. read more

I got a shirt from here as a birthday gift. Loved the shirt but it was a tad bit small. I went in to exchange it and was told that it was the largest size available and that they do not carry "plus sizes" and that they can not help me. I was astounded and asked if I could get a store credit so I could come back and the response was "we probably won't have your size in the future!". OMG! I'm not a big guy, but I am your typical American male and not the skinny jean wearing waiffy little boys that pass as men this store clearly caters to. After raising enough stink and demanding to speak with a manager, I got a store credit but they have left such a bad impression in my mind that I may not return... Ever! read more

Anyplace that has their storefront windows lined with vintage sewing machines is alright by me! Nice trendy selections with a relaxed casual appeal. After months of staring longingly at their designs on a computer screen, I'm so happy to see that this store chose Seattle as one of its few locations! Seattle is really the perfect place for AllSaints, because the UK clothing line is a mishmash of dark-colored but perfectly fashionable clothes, since Seattle is, of course, one of the birthplaces of grunge. The clothes somewhat tailor themselves to this type of "grunge-y" person, but also provide well-designed clothes which provide a bit of charcoal-colored variety to a, perhaps, lighter-toned wardrobe. Yes, most of the clothes are of the grey/charcoal/black hue, but are made in such a way as to be appealing to anyone. The staff was very nice, and they have iPads lined strategically around the store where you can shop their online site at your leisure. The staff is equally helpful and in abundance, should you ever need their advice/help. A great store, and I can't wait to see the future of this store. read more

A very unique British based store with a "post-apocalyptic" vibe. If Mad Max were a musician, he would shop here. I like browsing the store just to see what the designers have come up with. The layout and decor of the store are also interesting with the vintage sewing machines and I-Pad touch screens everywhere, what a combination! There is really nothing like this store anywhere else in Seattle and that alone is reason to browse here. The prices are high for what appear to be distressed clothes but there are a few pieces here and there that might appeal to you. Let me just start by sayint that I LOVE the coat I bought from AllSaints. It's stylish, well designed, and generally comfortable (fashion is supposed to hurt a little bit, right?). Unfurtunately, I can't say the same for the hipster children who work there. In fact, I HATE them. Not really. Well, maybe a little. No, not really. I don't hate. Anyway, three sales people managed to completely ignore me for ten minutes last weekend while I waited ALONE in line to spend $600 in their store. I shop at AllSaints online all the time. Huge fan of their boots and dresses!!! Finally got a chance to visit an actual store. This one is huge and has a million sewing machines decorating the premises of the store. Impressive. I wished we had an AllSaints back in the Bay Area. read more

Had a great experience just now! Was shopping for my engagement photo session dress and couldn't find anything I wanted. Went to two malls, and half of Seattle. Walked in here just to check out their awesome looking jackets and saw a couple dresses. This was a little higher that my estimated budget for a simple dress, but figured that I was better off trying something on than leaving and not have a dress (T-3 days until our photo shoot!). I took 6 dresses in with me, and the first three all for amazingly, and I didn't have to look further. I had 3 people ask me if I needed a room, 2 personally help me look for dresses and I was out of there in no time. Will go back! read more

Decent clothes but overpriced especially for the customer service you get. Their return policy is non-existent and I had to argue with the store manager to give me a price adjustment. One of the sweaters I bought on Sunday was 30% off on Wednesday... To sum it up their prices are Nordstrom-like yet they give you Comcast-like customer service. If it's one thing this place knows how to do it is definitely profiling. My boyfriend and I came here because he had heard some good things about it social media, but jeez we didn't. We were dressed casually street wear attire, and the employees did not greet us even though we were the only ones in the store. When we went downstairs to check it out, one of the employees followed us obviously to monitor us like we were going to shoplift or something. And when we went back upstairs he spoke into his little headphone set to the other employee saying "all clear".. ummm okay?? Do I look like I cant afford your clothing? I was extremely excited for Allsaints to open up in Seattle after perusing their website prior. Their clothes were unique to what's available in Seattle and they seemed to have much to offer. I visited the store the second day they opened and was quite impressed with the large men's section they had, which covered a small portion upstairs as well as the whole downstairs. On my first visit I purchased three different tops. I decided to return two of the tops, the fit was and quality was great, they just didn't fit into my wardrobe as I had hoped. This is where Allsaints lost their stars. Their return policy is outrageous, no exaggeration. When I tried to return the tops I was informed that not only do they not do a refund of your purchase amount, they also do not give you store credit, ie gift card to pick something else out later (which would have been acceptable) your only option is to exchange the items your purchased for a new item right then and there. This to me is an absurd return policy that I hope will be changed once they realize how many shoppers it annoys. Their explanation of the policy was also weak, it went something along the lines of "we stand behind the quality of our goods and we're a British company so that's why are rerun policy is the way it is." However, if they do not change their return policy they should make it a habit to inform their customers of the policy at the point of purchase due to it's unique nature. I don't necessarily think it will keep me from retuning to shop at Allsaints however I will be less apt to make a purchase knowing their return policy. read more

I'll start this off by saying that I absolutely love AllSaints products; consistently innovative, sexy, and raw, yet classy. The customer service is usually grade A, but the last time I went in I was less-than-pleased. A couple weeks ago, my roommate and I went shopping for a few things, and spent well over 1-2k that evening in their store. The manager named Sean (sp?) informed us that if the suit my roommate was looking to buy didn't fit properly after wearing it a few times, not to worry, because they have a 14-day return policy. No, forgive me if I'm wrong, but did he just say that my roommate could wear the suit, and return it if it doesn't fit? Yes, yes he did. So, I end up purchasing a pair of jeans and a shirt. This shirt ended up not fitting properly, and after it being worn once for a couple hours, that was obvious. I ended up calling the store and told Rachel my situation, and she kept consistent with what Sean had told us about the return policy. So, I walk down there (during that massive windstorm a few days ago, mind you) and return it, and the brunette girl at the front desk told me that nothing could be worn if it was to be returned, despite what two other employees had told us. So now I'm stuck with a $240 shirt that is probably never going to get worn. I love you AllSaints, but this will make me think twice about my purchases in your store. read more

I came into the store, cash in hand to purchase an overpriced wool jacket that my father wanted to help me get for my birthday. They had it in my size, but it was on a manikin, and no one was "authorized" to take it off and sell it to me. Seriously, it was the day after Christmas and they had at least 20 people running around and no one has been trained to de-dress a doll? They put it on hold for me to pick up the next day, something I wasn't excited to to before work, but they were not organized enough to respect that reservation and sold it to someone else. They proceeded to tell me they would have another store ship the coat over and would email me the information the next day, but that also failed to follow through. As someone who works in retail, I am blown away that employees can get away with that kind of customer service. read more

I've purchased from AllSaints online and really like their clothing, so I was excited to check out the new Seattle store. I was the only customer and there were at least 3 salespeople in the store - not a single one of which acknowledged my existence. I'll give it a try another day and see if this was an anomoly, but so far I'm really disappointed. read more

I've shopped here numerous times, sometimes bought things, sometimes not. Regardless of whether I've bought something, there has ALWAYS been greetings all over the store with numerous offers of help. I've never felt neglected of any sort. Also, while the price mark is a bit more expensive than other places, I find it mostly fairly priced for what you are getting. The fabrics are quality, the leather is exceptional and every piece has a unique bit to it, not to mention essentially every piece has some wash to it, which is done to individual pieces if you weren't aware. Overall it's the best shop to come to Seattle in a long long time and while the prices may intimidate, they have great sales fairly often... Bless you All Saints read more

The person who helped me find clothes and got me my fitting room, Angel, was great. But the cashier who rang up my purchase did not catch a missed mark down, which I didn't notice until I was in my hotel room, so I had to go back to the store. When I went back to the store, the cashier didn't acknowledge me and talked to another associate for about two minutes before helping me. If it weren't for Angel, this store would get one star and I would not have purchased anything. read more

A very different and unique store that's come to Downtown. Went here for the first time last Friday with a coworker and everything is way out of our budget but they had a few items I thought were cute and that I would wear. But it is a trendy store and if you're one for fashion then it's a good store. I'm more a simple type of person so their fashion pieces here were a bit much for me. But the store was clean and organized. The customer service reps pretty much leave you alone, probably because they know nobody's going to buy anything. read more

I've been to AllSaints' SoHo NYC location and this one in Seattle because I was initially attracted to all of the sewing machines along the wall (omg so cool, which other store has something like that). I had a good experience in the women's section, customer service was prompt and attentive and I appreciated that the sales associates were proactive and friendly. Yes prices are steep, and I can't speak to the longevity of the clothing, but I think you'd like this store if you're looking for solid, versatile, well-cut pieces in a neutral color palette. read more

I would say that the quality of the material is good to excelelnt. Especially some of the wool knits. I also like the shoes. The clothes are expensive, but they have excellent seasonal sales. I find their clothes to be great for going out at night...relaxed, just edgy enough to cross over from dinner to club. read more
