I hired them to test the backflow prevention device on my irrigation system. The work was done on 6/12/26 satisfactorily and I paid them thru their automatic invoicing system (Intuit). On 6/15/26, I received a notification from my bank about a charge that I didn't recognize. The company name was not coming to mind at all. I immediately called my bank to shutdown my account because of a concern that my account had been compromised. After some investigation, I came to realize that this company is a DBA situation. When I called them to let them know that I was displeased about not being told that the charge would come through under a different name, the owner asked me for my name and told me they were removing my name from their master list and wouldn't be doing business with me in the future. Well, that's a great way to treat your customer. You F up by not revealing the name(s) of your company causing me lost time on the phone with my bank, almost closing the account, which is a PITA and it's somehow my fault. Kate Arnold, you shouldn't be in business. Please learn how to treat your customers better. read more

Decided to go with this small, family owned company to put in my brand new lawn after my house was built and do all the landscaping. The owner came out and was very nice and I went with all her plant suggestions as this is not my area of expertise. Lets just say my lawn is a disaster. I spent all year last year trying to fix what they could not do. Uneven seeding, after putting in my patio and fence they did not build up and taper the dirt so the back yard is an uneven mess. And the plants are awful. Three so far have died and I am ready to rip out the rest. The stone work and patio are beautiful and recommend for this type of job, but their landscaping is awful. I also had them come to mow my grass for a season, it was cut so short the grass got scorched and died in areas. Do not recommend at all for any kind of landscaping other than stone/patio work. read more

I bought a groupon for a lawn aeration. When they called to set up, they just warned that they would not be able to get through a gate less than 50+" wide. This was their only stipulation. Unfortunately my gate is only 40" or so. I was,however, ok with them not aerating in my gate because it is only about 100 square feet of grass. Company came while I was on vacation to aerate. They MAYBE completed 1/4-1/3 of my yard outside the gate including not one part of my backyard and none of the yard that has any slope. I called 3 times and sent an email requesting they come out and complete the job the right way or issue me a full refund. Instead, they have failed to contact me back. I was hopeful that this is a case of a lazy worker who came to do the aeration; but after numerous attempts to contact them to no avail, I can only assume this is the way this company operates. I see no reason they could not have completed the entire yard as in the past, two other companies and I (with a rented aerator from Home Depot) have been able to complete 100% of the yard, including in the gate. I will be contacting BBB and Groupon to seek a refund and will not use nor recommend this company in the future. read more
