He apologized for my bad experience and attributed my bad experience to poor training with the sales associate which includes Store policy, product warranty information and for me loading the chair in my car. He followed with the chair should have been loaded into my car by someone from their warehouse which is across the street. Jamie explained that the restocking fee only applies to the special order of a new office chair and not one they had on hand in their warehouse and said he would refund the rest of my money today. A short while later he called again to say the refund has been issued. It renewed my faith that even a smaller business is concerned with providing good customer service. ****************************************

Bad very bad manger was yelling at me and on top of that she didn't wanted to print out one page of…read moredocument after overpowering me and an associate on the phone after being on speaker phone inside the store she hung up on me and I told her to refund it back that I felt threatened. I'm not coming and she still processed it through. I will never be returning back to the store. I had other people with me and they also could hear her yelling at me over the phone and I do not appreciate it being on speakerphone while she's in a store in overpowering and associate that was already helping me.
