What a dream move. Finally, a moving company where 'professional' as part of their commitment is a…read morereality. I needed to move a 15x10' storage locker from Western PA to Florida. The day before, a member of the company met me at the storage unit, and said I needed to do nothing. The next day, a 3-man team showed up within 15 minutes of the expected time, and within 2 hours everything was loaded onto the truck. Once the truck was weighed, I got a call that the move would cost me $700 less -- when does that happen? Eight days later, the truck, and the same crew arrived on a Saturday at 7:59 AM, one minute earlier than I had been told two days before. And within 3 hours everything was unloaded, a desk re-assembled, and many boxes of books and bookcases carried up stairs to the second floor. Never a complaining word; the team just did their job. I should mention that even the pins for the bookcases were removed and wrapped. Nothing was lost. I cannot recommend this company more highly -- and they are not restricted to the South Hills of Pittsburgh despite their name. They move nationwide. A little annoyed we got one minor ding in a wall, but over all. Didn't seem to bad. Over the weeks, we went to setup more rooms, more furniture, etc. A LOT of my furniture has new scratches and dents that I didn't notice from a quick glance. None of it catastrophic, but extremely frustrating. Despite this, they were still polite and professional. Didn't charge too much. A little more care, and it's be 5/5, perfect.

Shannon was my moving specialist, she is super nice and responsive. I had a million questions and I was very worried about the move, she was very patient with me and walked me through each step, calmed me down. No hidden fees, everything's listed on the quote and if you have any doubt, ask Shannon and she can clear all your doubt out. On the day of my move, the crew arrived on time and were super efficient. All three of them were all very kind and they paid a close attention to the furnitures and all the fragile stuff. As I said, highly recommend. We hired this company to pack and move our things in July of 2021. After the truck left our old address, the movers took more than an hour to arrive at the destination which couldn't have been more than a 5 minute drive away. When the movers finally did come back with the truck, they were drinking sodas, so we assumed they just went to lunch. Nothing wrong there -- it was noon and people have to eat. However, at the end of the day they charged us for the hour they were at lunch (see attached photos). At the end of the move when we were unpacking, we saw that the movers had significantly damaged many of our possessions including our printer, an office chair, an office desk, kitchen supplies, our TV console, and had lost many items including the screws needed to reassemble our bed frame. The movers took no responsibility and just told us to search for the lost items in the old apartment (which did not have the missing items). Unfortunately we did not get an upgraded insurance policy as we did not expect a $240/hr company to be this bad at their work. We naively believed that a company with glowing reviews on the internet could do their jobs correctly. Nonetheless, we decided we would settle for the $0.60/lb reimbursement. After nearly a month before we finally got ahold of Prime Moving again for reimbursement, they simply denied that their movers had done the damage and refused to reimburse us for more than $100 for having caused nearly $500 of damage. Apparently if you don't take before and after photos of everything you own, they can just deny that their workers did anything wrong. It's truly a shame that this company won't stand by the quality of their work.

He told me he'd get someone to me at 8, then 8:30, then 9:00. In that time, he told me he wouldn't send anyone because (he claimed) I was unwilling to pay the 4h minimum despite my having arranged with the salesperson that I would. I only needed a mattress moved and was willing to pay the full amount, but went ahead and figured it out myself when by 8:50, no one was there and I needed to leave my house to get dinner. Mike then refused to get the mover a ride home -- he didn't have a car -- so I gave the poor guy a ride back his house. I was going to pay for a 2 person team, and was sent one person three hours past the end of their arrival window, by a manager who tried to refuse me service. I'll be trying to get my deposit back.
