Alex from the team personally called me, said he would review the security footage, and within a day, they called back to let me know they had found it. I picked it up the same day, and it was in perfect condition. Huge thanks to Alex for taking the time to follow through. It really turned the situation around and showed that this branch actually cares about its customers. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it made all the difference.

Five days before pickup, I personally went into the office and explained to the manager how important it was that I have a large SUV for my trip. He looked me in the eye and assured me that if I arrived when they opened at 7:30 a.m., my vehicle would be there waiting for me. That promise turned out to be completely false. When I arrived, not only was my SUV unavailable, they didn't even have a replacement vehicle for me. Worse yet, they made no real effort to locate one from another Enterprise location. Instead, they simply handed me the 1-800 number and told me to call myself. To make matters worse, they said a district manager would contact me. It's now been over 2 1/2 hours, and I still haven't received a phone call. Thankfully, I went to Alamo and received excellent customer service. We had to take the van into for new roters and brake pads while on vacation. The owner, Terry Reagor said he took the van to get repaired the day we picked it up for our trip, because he knew they were unsafe. But when I asked if he test drove it before we picked it up he said he "didn't have time". Additionally, the engine light was on, but was covered with a piece of black tape in an attempt to hide it. One of the seat belts didn't work, the middle console wouldn't open, and it smelled bad. Terry Reagor didn't bother to compensate us any of our rental fee for our danger and inconvenience. Do not trust the prices online because they never have the car that you reserve. They will try to book another reservation the day of your pickup so that they can charge more for the car and you will not save.
