My mom's car broke down at 7pm and we were connected to this service via our insurance company. We were told by one of their associates that a tow truck would be able to help us in a time span of 60-90 minutes, which we were more than happy to wait since we were relatively close to home when this happened. 2 hours go by and we heard nothing from them. Another hour and several unanswered calls later, still nothing. We reached out to our insurance again and asked if they could possibly get in contact with the towing company from their end, and they said we should be receiving a call momentarily. Still no call. At this point it's around 11pm and we have to look for another arrangement because clearly these people weren't communicating. If I could give zero stars I would because a towing company that doesn't tow is slightly ironic. read more

I requested for a quote for towing my car and when they arrived the employee said I needed to pay an extra $50 since they need to put a dolly in the back of my car since it's an all wheel drive. I was frustrated but ended up paying for it up front. Then he lifted my car without the dolly and drove away. I called the company if charge extra for AWD car. He said they charge $30 for a dolly. WOW! I told him his dude was charging $50 and didn't even put a dolly in my car. He called the driver and said he's going to refund the money for it and didn't know why he did this BS. This is another reason why I hate tow companies cause they always try to scam people money. Make sure to question and confirm all amounts if you go with this company. I didn't give 1 star since I got my money back for the dolly which shouldn't have happened! read more

I live in Beaverton and called four towing companies in beaverton all quoting me at 85-95 to get my car on the truck and then 6 for every mile. All star towing had me at 75, and 5 for every mile. Here is the bonus...his company is based in Tigard! The service is friendly, quick, reliable,and a very positive experience. read more

The guy that answered the phone sounded as if he was sleeping/drunk/high. He had no clue what was going. I could barely understand him. I asked him to tow an abandoned car from the property and he basically said that he doesn't know because their signs are not hanging. Then told me that every company is like this, which isn't true, because I then called Speed's towing and they set it up in under 5 mins and didn't ramble on about signs being hung up. They need to hire people who actually wants to work for them. read more
