After 2-3 phone calls back and forth and a few texts, after trying to wave down the driver before he turned the wrong way in our condominium complex, I get a call saying "...we're not coming...he can't find the place...I have another customer to help...". I was looking right at his truck driving around the complex, waving and waving to get his attention! He gave up and left before calling me to say he wasn't coming. So much for professionalism. So much for courtesy. So much for follow through. What a business model!

When we showed up at the scheduled time, we were left waiting outside for an entire hour. No updates. No one came out to talk to us. Then, without warning, they closed the gate on us. They clearly have no system in place. There's no organization, no communication between staff, and no structure for helping customers. One person says one thing, another says something completely different. It feels chaotic and completely unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
