But our body shop told us they have after hours drop off and that's what we wanted to do and the driver refused and left us stranded. I found Zee's towing on craigslist and have them a call as I was desperate and he gave me a very reasonable rate and showed up in less than 30 minutes. He took me to my body shop where we dropped off our car no problem. This is an awesome small towing company with great character and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. Plus he has a beautiful truck with plenty of space for passengers.

Bryan was very professional and respectful; he drove to my car, took the damaged tire so I didn't have to worry about it, FOUND A TIRE I NEEDED FOR MY BUDGET, and replaced it WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TOW MY CAR. And this all happened in the span of less than 2 hours (that includes him going to my car, taking off the wheel, going to a store that had my tire on inventory, come back, and put the new tires in). As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, there was never a time I felt that he was mansplaining anything but really just talked to me normally and I understood. Southwest Trailer Service Let me start by saying these guys…read moreare THE BEST in town. I needed trailer wiring and a brake control kit installed in my 2019 F150. They did an excellent job communicating, and the installation went very smoothly. The controller looks like it came from the Ford factory and cleanly fits in the dashboard. The 7-way RV plug was flush-mounted in the bumper. It looks better than the factory installs I've had in the past! These guys are reprograming my computer so everything will work as if it came from the factory pre-installed. Let's talk cost...they were far more competitive than any dealer quote I received. And, they were able to get me in way faster as well. Ford told me two weeks. They scheduled the install within a few days of my call. Going forward, I will only use and recommend Southwest Trailer Service to anyone that asks. Thank you guys for the excellent service!
