Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!

Within no more than 20 to 25 minutes I received a phone call back from a gentleman. He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. I owe Blue Pacific and apology, life kind of happened from the time I got the estimate and spoke with this amazing gentleman. Presently not able to schedule the job, but will when the time allows. Read their reviews from others. Their customer service from the first word to the last is absolutely professional and they make you feel very comfortable with what they are offering to do and listen to what you are requesting to have done. What I really appreciate it is the honesty of if we're not able to do something they let you know right away. Honestly, there can Do's are way more than the other. The day before our appointment Aqua G&P sent us a confirmation text and also notified us the day of our scheduled service to let us know their estimated time of arrival (*which was 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was great for us). Owner Craig Barretto is a one-person business and does all the window-cleaning inside and out including removing, cleaning and carefully replacing all screens - with great care and useful feedback on the state of our windows. He also recommended a screen repair company to fix our broken screens (The Screen Guys). He did an excellent job for a reasonable price. He had all the necessary equipment - including multiple ladders for hard to reach windows and diverse cleaning gear - and was thorough and trustworthy. We would use him again. read more

We have used Craig's electrical skills for several projects. Each time Craig has responded in short order, scheduled the events and completed each job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Craig has now added electrical capabilities to our front porch area, additional outlets in the backyard to light our pergola and provide capabilities for power tools and our entertainment needs. He has also performed some trouble shooting of the work of others and installed new GFI outlets, as needed to conform to code. read more

Whatever got loose jammed the latch assembly such that no matter which direction I turned the knob I could not get the latch assembly to retract. Consequently, the door was locked in the closed direction with no way to get into the bathroom. I called One Stop Rooftop and spoke to Paul explaining the problem I had. He sent Marty and Kai and in 5 minutes he had the door open by loosening the trim enough to slide a flat bar and un-engage the latch assembly. Marty knew what he was doing and had everything restored back to normal and caulked all the gaps. What a wonderful, quick, and straight to the cause of the problem.
