Where do I begin? Well it's like this. My regular cleaner had kids to take care and could no longer do these cleaning jobs.... Another long story my friends. So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! Being in the Real Estate business requires you to have good and reliable vendors you can count on. I didn't have a windows person so I took a referral from a work colleague. From the day I called Terran to the day he did the work, he was attentive to my needs. He worked around his schedule to accommodate mine which was pretty last minute. Him and his son took the time and did my client's windows inside and out, top to bottom, screens and sills. He was very conscientious to have minimal impact on our home while cleaning the windows inside and out. He always took his shoes off and kept his cleaning supplies on a towel. Terran & his crew performed a comprehensive cleaning of a home I bought recently. The Windows and exterior had never been washed in 6-years and the dirt was baked on by the sun. Free in person estimate. Other companies gave estimates on line or cost per window and asked for pictures. Terran did an on site estimate and immediately set up a date for the work to be done. Terran was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job. I needed my second-floor windows and screens to be cleaned by hand and not power washed. It was done thoroughly and quickly and looks great. And the price was very reasonable, compared to other companies. We were moving out of our house that we were renting for 3.5 years and needed someone to professionally clean our windows. We hired Terran based on his quick response and reasonable prices. He came over and looked at our windows and provided us with an estimate via email shortly after. We booked him and he arrived on time and got right to work.
