I hired Dustbusters for a long overdue full deep clean and I immediately felt comfortable with them upon arrival. They were very professional with communication prior to the booking and even were very clear to on their arrival time and what they cover. I didn't have to worry about making sure if they missed anything. They literally took the time to wipe down, scrub and disinfect everything. I gave them a tour of the home and they asked questions about my expectations and they didn't even bat and eye. I didn't feel judged and they let me know they got it covered. They made a plan and communicated on where they would start and if there is anything they were not sure of they would let me know. My home is 4 bd 2.5 and over 3000 sq ft. They sat on the ground to get under the kitchen cabinet base boards, wine fridge rubber seal and even got up on the counter to get over the oven range. I would highly recommend their business. They are a brother and sister and work really well together. I feel this was a GREAT service. I have an office in my home and they tidied around that too. If you're a busy mom and wife or person in general, don't feel guilty, life happens and these angels are here to take that load off to help get you back on track. I would highly recommend this small local family business and will be using them again. Anything that was found lost under a bed or behind a dresser they placed it visibly so I could retrieve it. Nate is excellent!! My house feels and looks so clean right now!! He's meticulous and super accommodating! I have a very active toddler, so finding time to clean the house from top to bottom can be very difficult. My whole experience with Nate of Dustbusters was great. He promptly responded when I requested a quote and answered all my questions. The day before my appointment I received a reminder text from him confirming my details. He arrived, ready to go about 15 minutes early the day of my cleaning. We did a walkthrough of the apartment so I could point out what I'd like done and he got straight to work. My unit has very high ceilings and he came prepared to accommodate that.
