    Roasted Garlic & Pepper Wings
    Aswini K.

I checked out All Stars with a group of friends on a weekend. With ~200 flavour options for their wings, I had a tough time choosing a flavour. I settled on the Roasted Garlic & Pepper Wings ($14.95) and these were sooo good. This is under the dry/ dusted section for their wing flavours on their menu. I loved them so much that I ordered some more for takeout. If you're into sports, there's a TV screen at every booth to watch a game live as well. Our server was friendly and gave us great recommendations. They also offer food options other than wings, and options that are dairy free, vegetarian, and gluten friendly. They have several locations, so I would recommend checking one out.

I was craving for some wings and decided to grab some take out. I ordered the triple and got two flavours : Caligula and Thai homi, with a side order of Greek fries (I always get them beer battered for a little extra $). Order was ready within 20 minutes. Got home and opened my box of goodies, and to my surprise the wings were huge and saucy. Flavours were good, and the Greek fries was spot on! Within the two flavours we chose, we each had 12 wings, but I was only able to eat almost half, since I was really munching on the Greek fries. Will come back when I get an itch for wings!

I love chicken wings. My love for them started at this All Star Wings & Ribs over a decade ago. A friend of mine lives five minutes away by car from this location. We'd meet up here for wings for dinner. We'd order three pounds of wings and some fries, and take whatever was left home. Good times, indeed! I learned about a promotion on Canada Takeout Day this past Wednesday. When you buy at least two pounds of wings from this location, you get a free order of Greek fries. Nice! I called in my order. I spoke to a cheerful man. I got two pounds of unbreaded garlic galore wings. With the Greek fries, he asked me whether I wanted them beer-battered. Ooh! I love beer-battered onion rings, so my ears perked right up hearing about beer-battered fries. He said that they stay crispy and don't get as soggy as regular fries. They were $2 more. I said yes as if I were being proposed to! I got there and there was plenty of parking. I walked in. Only the lobby is open with a small window to pick up or place an order. There was one other customer there. I dinged the bell. The nice man with whom I conversed over the phone got my order. I paid using a debit card and I was off with dinner. I thanked him and happily headed to my car. Oh, how I have missed All Star wings! Garlic galore wings are perfect. If you love garlic and how it builds up with each bite, this flavour is all yours. It's great when you're self-isolating, so you don't make anyone or anything that breathes around you faint with your garlicky breath. The wings were so yummy. I had some for lunch the next day. In general, I'm not a fries gal. However, smother them with Greek seasoning and cheese, and I am a huge fan. The beer-battered fries wee delicious! They weren't overly crispy, but they weren't soggy by the time I ate them, either. So full of flavour! I have had the hail Caesar fries with my friend in the past and loved them. We have sampled so many wing flavours over the years that I need to revisit them. They were mostly saucy flavours with some spicy heat. As of late, I like the dry rubs a lot more. I'm so glad I dropped by. It has been way too long. It looks the same inside, except for the dining area being blocked off. I hope to come back when it's open and put all my chicken bones in the aluminum bucket again. The wings are yummy here. (155)

Went here with a couple of friends for wings! Overall found my experience pretty lackluster. The wings are pretty expensive and the flavors I found were pretty mediocre. Not only were the portions small but you're really limited by the amount of choice you have (only 3 flavors for 5 lbs of wings). They also tasted pretty similar. Along with that, I found the service pretty slow (water took a while and ketchup literally never came). The TVs were also pretty grainy. Definitely don't see myself coming back.

This has always been one of the original wing spots that we've loved for years. Always been a classic with the million flavours that you need to ask for the descriptions on. My all time favourite has always been Stampede (creamy based), with Wings Gone Wilder (honey mustard and hot sauce) coming in for a close second place. You can choose non breaded or breaded, I prefer the non breaded as these are still pretty bready. I will highly recommend the Cleopatra Brew City fries... fried at the perfect crisp level and covered in honey garlic and a creamy garlic sauce. My only drawback is that you can't split flavours without paying an extra $2.50. Located in a busy plaza with lots of parking. I do recommend, always a better experience when eating at the actual restaurant instead of take out.

"5 Alarm Inferno" left a nice tingle.

Especially since I am a hot chicken wing fanatic, I can finally report that this establishment does indeed sell spicy wings. A couple weeks ago, I ordered "American Eruption" from their four-flame list. They left me without even a lip tingle. Today, I asked for their second-from-hottest "H-Bomb" wings but unfortunately they were out of that sauce. So I conceded to their 6-flame "5 Alarm Inferno" wings which are a Buffalo style wing but hotter than benchmark Buffalo wings. I enjoyed them very much and they left me with a much desired burn. I was tended to by an incredibly friendly person named Natalia. She was remarkably attentive and made sure my beer was never empty. Be sure to sit in her section when you visit. And if you like them hot like me, be sure to order from the 5-flame list and up. Anything less is meek. ;)

The food and wings are great, and the portions are good. However, the service was a little slow. It's possible that they are understaffed with servers.

Decided to stop in this evening with my sister for some drinks and some good wings, walking in we didnt see any servers so we decided to seat ourselves the waitress eventually came to our table and handed us the menu and got started on our drinks , she was very friendly made our experience pleasant. The drinks and food came out quick and it was busy! that was impressive thank you BTW free wifi I did give a 4 star because unfortunately the "bucket" for wings was dirty and had sauce all over it, from the outside and the inside it really grossed me out because my sister and I hate sauce so seeing old sauce stained on the bucket was not pleasant at all. I will keep in mind for my next visit to ask for a extra plate for the bones and avoid the bucket. Overall great experience and good tasty wings (salt & pepper) the waitress made my drinks good, will diffently return thank you

Cleopatra wings - doesn't get much better than that! Its like honey garlic with gar par and parmesan...soo good!

I still think that ALL STAR has the best flavoured wings, I love the unbreaded wings, but the breaded is very good also, the wings are pretty big and meaty. so many flavours to choose from, you can't really go wrong, there must be something you like? also the Loaded fries is a must (which cut fries loaded with cheese, gravy and bacon) the waitress here are really nice and knows the flavours very well. Some flavours I like... honey garlic mardi gras ceaser does Texas wings gone wild wings gone wilder nero's epilogue prime time hot Hawaiian honey

I came here on a Tuesday looking for a deal for wings...and it didn't have any specials but came here anyways! The Good: There are soo many flavors to choose from for your wings (1 full page to be exact)! The fries are pretty good here too. Good service. The Bad: It can be overwhelming and it doesn't explain what the flavors are with the funky names. How is anyone supposed to guess?! I ordered one flavor and they told me they ran out of the tzatziki sauce and I was super disappointed. I also noticed deals posted on the wall, which was on Thursday I believe, isn't a great deal at all! It was just getting a half lb for free with the purchase of wings and drink.

It does get pretty busy during the evenings but so far, I haven't had any problems with service. Their breaded wings are really flavourful and crispy. My personal favourites are ranch and bloody caesar (caesar + hot sauce). It's true that they don't list any of the ingredients beside the names, but I have always been able to ask the servers for explanations and recommendations. Surprisingly, they also have a good salad selection and I always order the California salad (spinach, brie, cherry tomatoes, pecans, etc.) I don't go for wings often, but this is the place I go to when I do get that craving. It's a nice casual atmosphere with good food at a decent price. (6/100) - 2016

We ordered: - a bacon cheeseburger - a cheeseburger - a little bacon cheeseburger - poutine - an order of regular fries While we waited we grabbed some of the free peanuts and ate them. Be careful if you have kids with allergies because there's probably peanut dust all over the place. The burgers were a good size. The regulars have two patties while the little ones have just one beef patty. The fries were hot and fresh. We got some of the Cajun spice on the side so we were able to try it with and without. I prefer it without the Cajun spice. The poutine was good, although it could use a bit more cheese and gravy. We were gonna get a shake after we ate but we were so stuffed. We'll have to go back and try all the crazy shakes that they have. I ordered the burger "all the way," which is ketchup, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, and I got some jalapenos on the side. But you can choose your own toppings. Service was fast and lots of parking in the plaza. Overall really good experience, would probably go back, definitely gonna try the milkshakes next time and save space.

I found 6ix Burgers offering various BOGO deals on burgers. I got the Argonauts burger combo. The Argos burger is indeed named after the Canadian Football League's team in Toronto. It consists of a beef patty stuffed with cheese. You select all topics you want to your heart's content. The combo defaults to fries and a drink. You can swap out the fries for other sides, such as mac and cheese, and jalapenos poppers. This place names its burgers after familiar Toronto sports teams, streets, highways, and landmarks. For instance, there's a DVP sandwich, which is a sunny-side-up egg and beef bacon with cheese. It's named after the Don Valley Parkway, a highway that is commonly known as the Don Valley parking lot because it's so congested with cars at a standstill during rush hour. Maybe it's not the best to name an item after the DVP. I'd still get this sandwich, though. I love bacon and an egg as a sandwich and more. I scheduled my food for pickup between 4 pm and 4:30 pm. I placed my order in Stouffville. It was ready just before 4 pm. Um, okay. This place is more than punctual! It made me run ten minutes late getting down to Markham. 6ix Burgers is in a plaza that I used to frequent often perhaps over a decade ago. It is located where Burger Factory used to be. I'm a bit sad that it closed. I never dropped by and I wish that I had. The Burger Factory that I go to the most is by my workplace in Mississauga. Despite the huge mounds of snow in the parking lot, I found a parking spot fairly close to the eatery and backed into it. I then walked into the place. There were to people sitting in a booth, waiting for their food. It was a good sign. I walked up to the counter, stated my name, and said that I had an Uber Eats order. The nice woman handed me a bag with a paper bag in it. She let me know that my food was in this bag and I could help myself to a couple of drinks in the fridge. I thanked her and wished her a good day. There was Barbican bottles in the fridge. I had specified Diet Coke and felt that it works best with burgers, so I got that instead. The Diet Coke was at the bottom. It's the perfect height for toddlers, but not for me! Anyway, I grabbed my drinks and placed them in my bag of food. I drove home for a super late lunch at practically 5 pm. I was ready for grub. Let's start with the fries. Although they looked limp and needed some sort of fries ressusitation, they were good. They had the right amount of seasoning. They were slightly crispy and limp, but creamy on the inside. I normally don't dig fries, but these were so good with the salt that I ate them without the ketchup that was in the bag. The Argos burger. If you like Burger Factory, think of this burger as the Juicy Lucy. The burger has cheddar cheese stuffed in it. You take a bite and the cheese oozes out. Highly delightful, yet messy, to eat. The beef was seasoned well. I got 6ix sauce, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and relish on my burger. I loved everything about it. The bun was soft and perfect to hold everything inside. Yum! I wish that I had added beef bacon, but this burger certainly hit the spot. All items on the menu are halal. This place was a great find. I hope to try the mac and cheese bites, or even mac and cheese as a side next time. I'm a fan. (51)

The fries were so hot I had to wait a little for it to cool down. Same with the burger. But I didn't mind because I knew it was freshly cooked. For dessert I had one sugar free baklava. Delicious & the perfect size for me. Ambiance 5/5 For a burger place this is a nice looking place. I disagree with one is the reviewers that this place is like McDonalds. There are nice banquette seating here with wooden frame tables & blueish grey upholstered chairs. There are also booths to sit at. There's acoustic music playing over the speakers also of popular classic songs. The vibe there on my opinion is classy & chill. You don't have to dress up to come here that is true. But this place is definitely nicer than McDonalds. The food is way better than McDonald's too! I've eaten here before & I would definitely come back again!

We were in the area and got their Mac n Cheese Mutton Rolls as well as their Butter Chicken Rolls and I can't express how disappointed we were. The Mac n Cheese Mutton rolls were underwhelming - it was as though they just added macaroni pasta to the mutton curry filling. It wasn't cheesy/creamy like it used to be. The filling was also underseasoned - missing salt, just not flavourful at all. The butter chicken roll was okay, again underseasoned. For $2.50 a roll, I expected a LOT better. We also got the Chicken Briyani. It didn't come with all the fixings like the Briyanis used to - no boiled egg, no fish cutlet. The rice was bland - almost like it was just rice and turmeric. The chicken curry was underseasoned like the rolls, not enough salt or flavour. The tandoori chicken leg was the only decent thing from this meal. The meal was disappointing, I regret buying it. Lastly, we got the viral banana pudding. I fell in looooove with banana pudding since I first had it from Confused Kitchen. This time, it wasn't bad but it wasn't the same. There weren't enough vaippan pieces and it wasn't as creamy as when it first came out.
