One pound of wings, chilli onion fries and a pop for $19.00. Got an order of honey garlic and bumble bbq. Decent sized wings - 9 pc per lb. I enjoyed it. Wings were crispy and just the right amount of saucy. Fries could have been dressed more but enjoyable. They have pineapple crush (for me a definite bonus). Pineapple crush is a Newfoundland thing. It's not easy to find here. Just sayin' They have a lunch special for $12 for 5pc, regular fries and pop, available till 3pm. If you're in the area, definitely a place to try out.

Came here on a Friday late night and there was no line. Lots of parking in the plaza. Ordered the Lovers Deal (3 lbs - Devil's Ranch and Honey Hot, upgraded fries to chilli onion fries +$3, onion rings, 2 dipping sauces). Pros: - Food came out pretty quickly (15 mins) - Great flavour for the wings and fries. Wings were sauuuuuucy. - Lovers Combo had so much food - enough for 3 people Cons: - The breading and fries were soggy instead of crispy. Wings were a bit dry, not juicy. - I was overwhelmed by the variety of flavours available so I asked for some suggestions. The cashier just pointed to their wall menu and said "the ones with the stickers." Because the flavours were so delicious, I'd give this place another shot!

Been meaning to try this wing spot nearby. I'm so glad I stopped by. I got the $12 lunch special, 5 wings, fries and pop. I got the garlic Parmesan, it was very good and saucy. The wings were big, not like some wing joints. The fries were nice and crispy and I got to choose a strawberry crush which I never had. Everything was good, clean place and the owner was super friendly. Will definitely stop by more often when I'm in the area.

This Korean fried chicken place used to be much better. They get 2.5 stars…read more Korean seasoned mild was on the dry side, probably due to a combination of halal chicken & it being air fried. It was crispy but there was a piece of cartilage. The sauce was below average & almost not spicy at all - just sweet & sour. It was lacking something & not just spiciness. Most of my honey butter fries were varying degrees of undercooked inside & they should've been crispier outside. The flavouring was the usual honey butter powder. I like that they poked holes in the takeout boxes so the food didn't get too soggy.

We went for the lunch special and tried Original, Soy Garlic, and Spicy Butter Chicken, with fries tossed in Honey Butter seasoning for one of the sets. I had no idea what to expect walking in, and was honestly surprised to learn they use air fryers here. Now, taste-wise, let's be real. I've had better fried chicken elsewhere and yes, there are spots that push a bit more in quality. But here's the catch: at this price point, it's rather impossible to complain. Sure, the sauce toss was lazy, and a few bites were a bit on the funky-smelling side, but it all somehow landed within the range of "worth it." Fries were a lot crispier than expected, and so was the batter. Air fried or not, the texture really surprised me. It's weirdly satisfying. Getting into the place was also a bit awkward for a first-timer, but I'll chalk that up to the building's layout, not the restaurant's fault. Overall, it's one of those spots that feels like a random find, and turns out a lot better than you gave it credit for at first. No complaints here, and honestly hope they stick around. I wouldn't mind coming back when craving something easy and affordable that still hits the spot!

It offers great value for the price, especially considering the generous portion sizes. The lunch menu is a nice option, including a comforting bowl of broth, your choice of main dish, and a cup of tea or coffee to complete the meal. Overall, it's a good choice for a casual lunch when you're looking for something filling and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and good-value meal.

I should have read the reviews a little more carefully as it took a while to find parking. We were disappointed that they had NO HAKKA items on their lunch menu, so we ordered beef ho fun, stir fried green bean with black bean sauce with chicken, and sweet and sour pork. The complimentary house soup landed flat for my dining companion who barely finished half of hers, whereas I enjoyed this comforting no-frills soup. The portions are decent and the flavours were mostly good. The sweet and sour pork, unfortunately, was mostly batter and had very little meat. The green beans were crunchy and good, the chicken slices were well-velveted, but the black bean sauce was barely there. The beef ho fun was less oily which we appreciated. The ginormous bowl of white rice felt homey and we barely made a dent. Overall, MY was ok. I wasn't overly thrilled with what we had, but maybe that would have been different if they actually offered Hakka options at lunch.
