They tried to scam me…read more I went in for an oil change like I've done before here. Then Kwik Kar did other basic car checks like testing my battery. They told me my battery was at 12% and would die soon. They tried to scam me to get $200 out of me for a new battery that I didn't need. I know because the battery was less than a year old. Worried though, I went to check it at an auto store. They told me my car battery was fine and at 100%. Now I can never trust them again if they lie about a simple battery. It's extremely upsetting. It got me stressed and wasted my time getting it checked out someplace else. Unfortunately, the auto store said they seen this a lot. I will attach pictures below of the battery test they (Kwik Kar) presented and the auto store presented. Please don't go here. Especially if you're a woman! They'll try to take advantage of you.

I had my transmission rebuilt at Eagle Transmission because it was the cheapest quote I got. They…read moretook 2 weeks to rebuild the transmission but a few years later my car couldn't shift into 5th or 6th gear. I was advised to go back to Eagle because if it was a transmission issue, they'd want to resolve such. I brought my Ford Escape in, was told to wait one day, and then 3 days later didn't hear anything from them. My car was fully functioning but they abducted my car for 3 days to "diagnose" nothing. I came to get my car back and they told me there was an "unknown electrical fault that would cost more than my car is worth to find" .... I took it to a simple mechanic who found my transmission wouldn't go into high gear because there was a coolant reservoir leak. It was plainly visible for anyone to find. This place is full of liars and cheats. Go somewhere else.

They have done everything for me form fixing my a/c unit, fixing a sub frame(saved me thousands of dollars by the way) fuel pumps, leaking oil, new tires to even putting in a motor and having to fix on the motor before installing it. Having to spend another $1600 from the car dealership because the oil pan is still leaking and it's not sealed correctly.
