By the time it was finished the price had jumped to almost 5 grand. Then he couldn't get the engine started to me i needed a new battery and to bring it with me to pick it up. I bought another battery went to pick it up and it still wouldn't start. He ​finally said they needed to look more closely so to leave it for a few more days and he would deliver it to me. By now it is over 5000.00 dollars. It was finally delivered to me. When i got in it to start it it still wouldn't start. Im not a machnic but i could tell it was a starter problem. I replaced ​the started and it started but the check engine light would not go off the the oil light came on and wouldn't go off. Come to find out the engine had no oil in it and only a little water in the radiator. I had more oil in it but couldn't pull the drain plug ​because it had been stripped to the point of being rounded off. I started it and it seemed to run fine. Got out on the street and it died again this time it was out of timing . So i spent another 150.00 to have that fixed now remember nobody can get the check engine light to go of. It sat at my drive for a month because i was afraid to drive it. Then I decided to drive it a little today and got about 2 miles from home and the motor locked up again. Remember all this time the guy refused to work with me on anything. I Had originally blown a hole in the block. Thinking that they are going to rebuild and replace the block .. NO!!! they never even removed the engine. They look like they welded a plate over the hole and epoxy ed it. When i called them about it be locked up again. I was told to screw off. And when i theaten to sue he he said to f@&$ off and hung up on me. So the 3200.00 quoted fee turned​ out to cost me over 7000.00 dollars and Im right back in the same boat with a blown engine and 7000.00 dollars lighter. Oh and the warranty he quoted me was a joke. There is no warranty.

I was on the road and my Volvo truck started telling me to stop and usually this means the coolant…read moreis low...so I went to Tat Express in hopes of fixing the problem...they told me it was the coolant lines... so they fixed the lines and later that day my truck did the same thing... I took it back and they told me the coolant reservoir had a crack...I asked them I thought u said it was the coolant lines and they replied it was!!! My BS antenna's went up and I immediately smelled a Rat!! They charged me around 1900 for those lines and wanted to charge me an additional 500 for a reservoir ... I immediately voiced my opposition and they relented begrudgingly and paid for the reservoir!!! Now I'm no mechanic but I'm no fool either!!! Y'all be careful and aware cuz everyone is trying to get into our pockets!!! Be AWARE!!!

I flew in from out of town to pickup a vehicle from the auction with the intention of driving it…read moreback to Florida. I immediately noticed a problem with the torque converter and started to call around so I can get a shop that can put a fluid in the transmission to get me by. I know it's a band aid solution but I called Marco at 5pm and he graciously allowed me to come in. He was SLAMMED and yet managed to get me in. We both know it's a temporary fix and he set the proper expectation. Needless to say it got me on the road and headed back to my family. Most shops would take advantage of people from out of town especially knowing I wouldn't take it back to him if there was an issue but they did an honest, perfect, and clean job. They didn't have to bend over backwards to take care of me but they did. This shop is busy for a reason. It would be foolish to consider taking your vehicle anywhere else. Thank you!!!!!

Dropped Vehicle off for transmission work on my truck. Was told they were going to do a…read moretransmissions line flush first before anything. Then they said they recommended changing the transmission valve body on the truck. I was without my truck from 10/29/24 to 12/10/24 Then again from 12/17/2024 to 1/14/25 holidays closed for a week that i understand Less than 100 miles later the same issues came up like when i dropped it off, keep in mind now i smell a fuel leak in cab and the check engine light never turned off. This would've been the 3rd time I dropped it off, however now I called today and was being told its going to be something else coming from the motor and that they only work on transmissions. The whole time i was without my truck they wouldn't answer any of my calls after a while or would they give me any updates. Beware of shop and don't go through what i just did. Its like neither my time nor money was respected at around 3k already. Now I have to find other options for truck and spend time to get a Lawyer and go through the process of trying to do a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Frustrating that now i have to spend more time and money to get it my truck to run right. Beware and very cautious with this shop, be sure to get everything in writing before you agree on anything.
