We were looking for a shuffleboard table to have in our renovated basement and found it at Allstate Home Leisure. It hasn't been delivered yet, but based on the service we received during our visit, I'm thinking all will be well. What a neat store! Anything you may need for a patio, pool, rec room/game room. They have. A great selection of dartboards, shuffle boards, pool tables, bar stools, fireplaces, saunas, hot tubs, and home decor items. From my first phone call to Allstate Home Leisure to the date the spa was delivered to us, everything was handled incredibly well. When I first spoke to Hemoth, the store manager, I got a great deal of information about which Jacuzzi spas they had, and the price ranges. On the say we came into their showroom, Dan helped us choose the right model for our needs. He went out of his way to explain the different features each model had.The delivery was exactly on time, and the crew who brought the spa could not have been better. Zachary, the crew leader, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with where the spa placement and set up. He and his three assistants carefully assembled the cover, cleaned the interior twice to remove any dust, and explained how to use it for the first time. I could not have asked for better service. Both my husband and I are thrilled with the spa and the extraordinary service each and every one of the employees gave us. We can't say enough good about Allstate Home Leisure! Hemant is GREAT We were In the market for a hot tub . We had stopped at 3 other stores prior to stopping at Allstate. Hemant met us shortly after walking through the door. He explained the various models of hot tub spas better than the other previous stops combined. Once we decided on a model , Jacuzzi along with Allstate had a great sale going on. After deciding on a few additional options Hemant wrote us up a quote. No high pressure sales! We left that day and went to 3 more stores the next day and after the first store we knew that we would go back and see Hemant . And that we did ! We are due to get our new Jacuzzi 245 this week . If your in the market for a tub , fireplace , game tables , patio furniture etc. stop in and see Hemant he won't steer you wrong. read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We decided to use Allsate Home Leisure because they happen to have our tub in stock. We purchased the Chelsea 780 in March of 2021. We had to replace the heater after 9 months, it was under warranty but costs us $95 service charge. We now have an issue with two of the air valves not working correctly. Nicole in the service department said they can send a service person out for $95. I asked if I could troubleshoot it or if there are known issues, no comment. I asked if they would waive the service fees since this was the 2nd time having them out in the first year. She said that they couldn't do that. Bottom line, expect issues and extra payments to have them fix them, even if in warranty. Also, no help from a troubleshooting standpoint. read more

Up until this year, we had used Allstate for the purchase of a pool table, outdoor furniture, and removal of our old hot tub. We came back to them because we had promised to buy our next hot tub from them a year later. We purchased our hot tub before Memorial Day. We have had nothing but one string of very poor service to get the hot tub addressed. The sales doesn't communicate with the installers and the installers are not on time. We had to have the hot tub installed by crane but the valet did not arrive in time so they apparently guessed in placing it. Now it is filled but must be emptied for them to attach the valet. We are now near August and after three more phone calls, they have the nerve to say "isn't it taken care of?" Go elsewhere for your hot tub needs. read more

It started out promising my sales person Danielle was great , they provide financing , they have a service dept ( loose term there ) . I was buying a demo tub but it was committed to someone else so Mike gave me a new one at the demo price. It had to be ordered but came in a couple of weeks and was promptly delivered . That the good ! Now the really bad ! I used my tub 6 months but winterized it after being in the hospital and winter coming. When I opened back up in April to find a cracked fitting and now out of warranty. When needing service you never get a live voice only a recording and they may get back with you that day or another. Nicole who handles service is nice but fails when it comes to communication and follow up . I was told the part I needed came in 5 pieces and would get delivered to the store in 7 to 10 business days. It took 2 months and numerous calls with 2 being to Mike owner to finally get it. Then it turns out to be one piece that I was never communicated to about. Mike is a good guy but explained his service dept is overwhelmed that doesn't even begin to cover what a disaster this was. My GFI went bad also but a complaint to Watkins ( parent company ) about product quality got it covered . But not before $95 service call was needed to diagnose the problem. Oh ya I was billed 2 days before they came on my credit card for that appt. without telling me or my permission . They had my CC info from the part I ordered kind of a shady move . This place is a mess so much so I sold my tub at a loss because of poor quality and most of all BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE the negatives of dealing with them outweighed the positives of owning the tub. Take heart Allstate as long as Ford, AT & T and others are out there you won't be the worst. Warning :Do not buy anything from here that may need repair tubs , pools . read more
