It was 3 weeks before an "agent/adjuster" finally called me. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE! You will never get a human to speak with. It takes 20-30 minutes minimum. We dumped them. Same with homeowner insurance. A colleague was hung out to dry while everyone else were able to schedule services after a hail storm. Do not learn the hard way. Go somewhere else!!!

My car was insured with Mark Hankins from December 2018 to June 2019. In the first few months he…read morewas helpful and responsive when I had to contact him, but near the end of my insured term it became hard to reach him because it would take him at least a few days to respond to my emails and my phone calls always went straight to voicemail. In March, my car was rear-ended and the other person's insurance paid for my car, but unknown to me my insurance company was supposed to send the BMV proof that I was insured at the time of the accident, or they would suspend my license. I did not realize that until August when I had already switched insurance companies, but the BMV had suspended my license at that point. I contacted Mark to ask him to send the BMV proof that I was insured at the time of the incident as soon as convenient since my license was suspended, but he ignored all of my attempts to contact him. I emailed him on a Monday, did not get any response for a week, then followed up with another email the next Monday and still did not get a response. Then I tried calling his mobile and office numbers, and all calls went straight to voicemail. I emailed him again that Wednesday, and still no response. I tried calling him over the next few days and all attempts went to voicemail. I also tried calling the Bristol West customer service number but it just redirected me then hung up every single time. At this point it had been two weeks since I first contacted Mark about sending in documentation to reinstate my license, and I was getting desperate. I called the hotline for claims even though I didn't have a claim to make just so I could speak to a human, and it took the guy two minutes to send in the documentation to the BMV to reinstate my license. The thing is, I did inform Bristol West AND Mark Hankins when I was rear-ended back in March even though they did not have to pay for my car, so I don't understand why they didn't send in the documentation at that point. Bottom line is, Mark Hankins refused to help me reinstate my driver's license even though 1.) he should have done it back in March when I was insured under him, and 2.) it would have taken him two minutes to do so. Additionally, he ignored all attempts to contact him, knowingly forcing me to be stuck with a suspended license for two weeks. Do you really want to be insured with an agent like this?

My hubby and I are in the process of buying a house and I have to tell you, if you have never done…read morethis, it is a VERY long, difficult, stressful process ...for a number of reasons. There is no one to really trust or put your faith in and the rules are constantly changing. But, our Realtor (Stacy Barry from Century 21) introduced us to her "go to" mortgage broker and from the beginning of our experience, we have had Warren Harling from Metlife on our side, which has been nothing short of amazing. When we met with him, we were not even sure we could afford to buy a home. We have been saving for years and we still had to sell our condo, pay down some debt, the normal issues most people in their late-20s have...but, once we met with Warren, he was reassuring, honest about an "attack plan" to meet our goals and advised us to get that condo sold! We finally sold the condo and were looking into the ever-popular building experience in Fishers....After lots of issues in that arena and talking with Warren some more, we went back to the drawing board and recently put in an accepted offer on a 1971 country style home in Carmel. We could NOT be more pleased with the amount of service we receive on a day-to-day basis from Warren. He is very responsive, never puts us off (even during the days we weren't buying a house yet), is extremely knowledgeable and does his best to decrease our stress as we await closing. He is always happy to answer our questions (even when we have already asked them once or ten times), is super friendly and excited for us. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. He keeps up with the always-changing market, has sustained his business and his integrity in this otherwise shady real estate adventure people are on now. Because of him, we are buying our dream home, know what we can afford and have had a fairly seamless path to getting there. Without him and our Realtor, I fear we would never have gotten what we wanted or would still be stuck in our 2 bedroom condo with a fastly growing toddler, three cats and a dog.
